I told them I was literally here 10 minutes ago and spoke to you. They told me to call customer service because there was nothing they could do and they apologized for not sending the email. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. It's hard to explain the frustration of turning around to exchange an item and receiving no help from staff and management when the mistake was their own fault. They said they were sorry for not sending the receipt, but there was nothing to be done. What kind of business runs things this way? They made no attempt to rectify the situation. Most of the time, ATL is a solid place for some work and casual basics. However, you should NEVER buy anything there that isn't AT LEAST 20% off. ATL is having a sale about 75% of the time, and they'll sometimes discount the entire store by 40%. Not sure what kind of business model this is, but I guess they're appealing to the discount-loving types (like myself) by marking up their prices like whoa. Staff is pleasant and not in-your-face, let-me-tell-you-about-this-new-cardigan. Maybe I'll go there at lunch today.
