When it came time to do the work, his team did it in the time promised and their work was excellent quality with great attention to detail (and the price was reasonable). A representative by the name of Kyle Todd lied to us when he told us Tioga Lumber owned their own mill. THEY DO NOT!!!! We agreed to their estimate and got a date scheduled for repair. We agreed to pay in full on day job was completed...even scheduling a pick up time with Kyle Todd. A week after the job was done we got a call from Tioga Lumber saying our neighbor did not pay his half of the bill and if not payed they would put a lien on our property. The neighbor paid his half and all was good...SO WE THOUGHT!!!! 2 months later we get a certified letter from Big Creek Lumber telling us they were the supplier who Tioga got all supplies from. The letter also mentioned that Tioga Lumber did NOT pay Big Creek for the supplies and if not paid they would place a lien on our property. Since then I have learned that Tioga CEO James Coe has failed to pay bills on several accounts, many have expressed disappointment on YELP! Our experience with Tioga and CEO James Coe has been a huge disappointment. His employees have lied and misled us. He has stopped returning phone calls. Telling people that he is working all things out and no one will have liens placed on their property...GUESS WHAT I HAVE HAD A LIEN PLACED ON OUR PROPERTY.
