Also, there was a little bit of hiccups. The top of the caps on the post were not screwed in there was denting in certain places scratching on certain areas to say the least I love my Gate. He made all the provisions too, make it right by installing a little side Fence at no extra charge. When the job was finished, I was happy with the progress and the aesthetics of it and we talked about finishing my project this year with the same design, he did the Gate. He said he would be interested to just notify him the conversation went smoothly and amicably. I didn't feel that there was any hard feelings being that I've done nothing wrong so i was looking forward to start this new project. I messaged him through the Yelp app. He said that he was in the area and normally does not do estimates on Sunday, but that he would come by at 5pm . I don't think he was aware that it was me until I gave him the address. He never called nor did he show up ! not sure how I emotionally feel about that but professionally he could have notified me and said he would not come or he was not interested in my project, I believe I was owed that much respect, but I do believe everything is for a reason because to work with somebody on such a big project you really would need to be in one accord so that is why I put this under "maybe"

They have cracks and all of them have not been properly cemented and secured to the ground. * Some of the bottom kickboards have long cracks. These are specific issues with very poor quality of contractor's work: * Many pickets' bottoms are not leveled straight * There is a piece of wood that is laying free and has not been screwed or nailed anywhere * There are screws that are coming through the wood with its sharp end and can injure someone I included just a few pictures to demonstrate the defective materials they used and their very poor quality of work. After filing a complaint with California licensing board, the inspector came to inspect the fence and the contractor paid us to repair the fence per the inspector's report. We recommend to stay away from this company.

I was quoted one price and was then informed that I needed something else with a different price when the installers came out.the price went up $1200 when the installers came out to inspect prior to the project getting started. It's pointless to speak with them about anything. I should have went with another company after waiting for almost two hours for someone to get back with me the day of my install but I was tired of looking for someone to do my fence. I wanted to update my review since Peta, escalation manager reached out to me to try to rectify the situation. On the contrary, a day after speaking and receiving text messages from Peta. I noticed that cats were getting in my backyard and was wondering how. I went to my backyard only to find two pieces of my fence missing. I reached out to Peta via text and still have not received a response. My fence was completed on 7/16. But they also spent a lot of energy preserving what they could the prices were very good considering what we were expecting and also like I said they saved what they could or recycled it and used it. I'm super impressed with the service and value would definitely use them again.
