The guys at MV Solid built a solid, beautiful fence to replace my old storm worn one. Leading up to the build, they responded quickly to my request for an estimate and were able to answer my questions about kick boards and whatnot. Since I was waiting on an insurance check, they followed up after a few weeks when I was able to schedule. Day of, they arrived on time and completed the job and it looks so great! Slow response time and poor communication: after making multiple attempts to schedule an appointment and confirm when they were coming, they just showed up and left without calling or texting. My neighbor and I are very pleased with how nice our new fence turned out that was installed by MV Solid Fencing. Eddy was our sales rep. and was very responsive in providing a quote and getting our fence scheduled to be installed that same week. The crew that did the work did an excellent job taking down the old fence and putting up the new fence and gates with no damage to plants that were by the fence all in one day and left everything very clean. They used good quality redwood and the posts were installed with cement above the ground line with tapered edges for good runoff. The only issue was they accidentally cracked a sprinkler pipe digging post holes that they thought they had fixed. That night I discovered it was still leaking and sent Eddy a text asking if I could schedule a day for them to return and repair the pipe. The next morning at 8:30 am his manager Ruben showed up at the house, apologized for the issue and he quickly dug up the old pipe and repaired it better than new. read more
