The trees were cut down to ground level, removed quite quickly and the grounds around them was raked clean of all leaves and debris. Despite clear agreements and delivering all work, I was never paid for my services. For the Haskell St. project (6000 sq ft), I completed 17 pages including a planting palette, full planting plan, and multiple 3D renderings. For the Mariposa Montessori school project in Austin, I created 9 full 3D renderings at a discounted rate-- but was never compensated. Both projects involved weeks of effort, yet payment was withheld. I even have proof were Angela, the owner, said she really enjoys working with me-- which makes it even more disappointing that she chose to ignore my invoice instead of honoring our agreement. Nobody should be treated this way-- especially after providing honest, hard work. Angela, the owner, should understand that it is not right to withhold payment for services rendered. As a homeowner considering their services, you may want to think about whether you want to support a company that treats their subcontractors this way. Not really sure why every billing cycle for the last 5 months has been incorrect. Have asked for corrected invoices multiple times and they just don't care enough to correct them. Service is meh. Not any worse than any other mowing service, but for the premium price they charge and the billing aggravation, it should be better than average. They have also left my gate wide open after leaving, so my dogs aren't safe. I will probably end up finding another mowing service if I get one more incorrect invoice.

We rearranged schedules multiple times based on their commitments, but they continually failed to show up. After more than three months of delays, they finally returned on June 2nd, only to tell us they were too busy to take on the project after all. If the company did not have the capacity to perform the work, we would have appreciated an honest answer months ago. Instead, we spent over three months waiting, following up, and planning around appointments that never happened. Very disappointing experience and a significant waste of time.
