From the first conversation, it was clear she runs a tight ship as everything was professional, well-organized, and easy to communicate with. Chris had a clear vision for the project and worked closely with us to make sure the fence installation aligned perfectly with the overall landscape design. She was respectful of our process while also being hands-on and detail-oriented in all the right ways. It's always refreshing to collaborate with someone who genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Her level of professionalism made the entire job run smoothly, and it was obvious her client trusted her completely which absolutely made sense! He dug up all around the sprinkler, said he'd come back, but then avoided all my texts or calls. I guess he doesn't care about loyal customers. Doesn't make sense, but it's a big indication about integrity and character.

We hired US Turf to install artificial grass in our backyard. Unfortunately, the turf began…read moresinking, becoming uneven, and developing wrinkles. It feels like the base underneath has shifted, making parts of the lawn soft and unstable to walk on. We've been trying to get this warranty issue resolved for more than six months. We were asked to send photos, which we did, and we were repeatedly told that someone would come out to fix the problem. Unfortunately, despite countless follow-up messages over several months, no one ever showed up and the issue was never resolved. We even ran into Zac by chance in person, hoping that would finally move things forward. He apologized and told us he would send someone the following week. Based on his promise, I rearranged my schedule and changed my plans to make sure I would be available. Unfortunately, once again, no one came. There wasn't even a phone call, text message, or courtesy notice to let us know they weren't coming. After that, they simply stopped responding again. The most disappointing part wasn't the defect itself--problems can happen with any project. The real issue was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. When you pay for a professional installation, you expect the company to stand behind its work and honor its warranty. Unfortunately, that never happened. I cannot recommend US Turf based on my experience. If customer service and warranty support are important to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

UPDATE: I feel compelled to share my experience after…read morespending over $18k with US TURF. I initially chose US TURF for their prices and timely installation of their turf products. The installation process went fine for the most part, but once issues started to arise, their customer service became practically non-existent even though we are under warranty. First concern that came up is while they were installing our turf they ran into our fence with their trailer. They fixed the pickets they damaged but they broke the post for the fence in our neighbors yard. I attempted to contact them a couple of times with no luck of anyone responding back to us so we hired someone and paid them to fix it. A month later Zac responded and I told him we had to get it fixed and he never bothered to offer reimbursement. The second issue we experienced is an area of our turf started to sink. I made MULTIPLE attempts to get in contact with them and have someone come out and fix it. After a week someone responded and said they would be out to fix and never showed up- they ended up being no shows for the job three different times- we finally gave up. Most recently I attempted to contact them to have them turf a couple more areas in our yard as I need the same turf we used for our main areas and I can't get that through other companies(US TURF was our last choice at this point) We contacted them on March 20th first attempt and then personally emailed Zac the owner on April 5th with again no response. Despite multiple follow-ups about the problems, and even follow ups about giving them more business I've received little to no response. It's been extremely frustrating trying to get someone to take accountability or even communicate. This last experience prompted me to write this review as they have been so extremely unprofessional and to do it with clients that have spent so much money with them is quite upsetting. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their work and values ongoing customer relationships, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

WARNING TO SUBCONTRACTORS AND HOMEOWNERS: Yarrow Landscaping does not honor agreements…read more I was subcontracted by Yarrow Landscaping to provide CAD drafting, planting plan, and 3D renderings. Despite clear agreements and delivering all work, I was never paid for my services. For the Haskell St. project (6000 sq ft), I completed 17 pages including a planting palette, full planting plan, and multiple 3D renderings. For the Mariposa Montessori school project in Austin, I created 9 full 3D renderings at a discounted rate-- but was never compensated. Both projects involved weeks of effort, yet payment was withheld. I even have proof were Angela, the owner, said she really enjoys working with me-- which makes it even more disappointing that she chose to ignore my invoice instead of honoring our agreement. Nobody should be treated this way-- especially after providing honest, hard work. Angela, the owner, should understand that it is not right to withhold payment for services rendered. As a homeowner considering their services, you may want to think about whether you want to support a company that treats their subcontractors this way. I share this so that other designers and subcontractors are aware before committing their time and expertise. -- Abby, ABBYLANE Landscape Design
