We were unhappy with the company we had used for many years. I asked in our neighborhood Facebook…read moregroup for recommendations and Allen Outdoor Solutions came highly recommended. I want to say we've been using them for about five years. We have had better service from them than the two companies we had used previously (one went out of business). We feel like the price is reasonable for the work we have done. They start up our system in April, do a mid season check up on the summer and shut it down in October. We're given a four hour window for our appointments. They call when they're about 10-15 minutes away. The guys have all been pleasant. If anything needs replacing (it's rare, but it happens), they explain what needs to be done and why. The person I speak to in the office is great! I literally have no complaints about, or issues with, this company. I have not used them for anything other than our irrigation system.

Cannot say enough great things about Allen and their people…read more Several years into our irrigation system, which continues to be amazing the annual start up and county required pressure test, Matt was dispatched. He was very professional and checked the operation of all 45 sprinkler heads. He found one that was worn, quickly replaced it and activated the system. When we received the invoice for the extra work we were surprised at the low cost. Not sure I could have purchased one and installed it myself for less. Absolutely amazing, system, service and value!

Lawn service was requested. They overcharged me and did not provide all the services that came with…read morethe job. First of all, they cut my grass while it was raining and in the darkening evening, so they left a skid mark, tire tracks, and piles of cut grass throughout the yard. Odean did say he would come and finish picking up the grass. The next day during the daylight I observed my yard. They did not cut grass along the fence, along the house, or on the side- front yard( partly because they still had concrete laying in the grass from the subpar driveway job they did for me), there was rows of grass not cut, the yard was not edged up, and the bushes were not completely trimmed up. I contacted Odean and he thought he did a great job and only needed to pick up the grass he raked. I was "over it". I found another lawncare service for 94% less for the same thing they did. The rocks are still in the yard from June 15th. And I contacted him several times about removal.

He did a GREAT job and went above and beyond to help me and my relatively small project. Thank you!read more

Lawn Masters is annoying, point blank…read more The work they do may be good, but their communication is constant and annoying. We just bought a house, and the old owners used them. He paid for weed control through the rest of the year, so we figured we'd be good. Right? Nope. Constant calls, texts, emails, etc. asking what other services we'd like to add to our plan. The answer: NONE. We already have a service paid for, so why keep bothering us online? It just makes us want to use a different company!!

They originally quoted me $2,300 for the service and the final invoice was $3,500. Several services were hourly but not accounted for in original quote and this was not explained. Definitely had sticker shock when I received the invoice. All in all, while their landscapers did a good job, their business practices could be better.

We paid $1600 to have mulch in our front yard, around our pool and a specific area in our woods. We had them come out and walked through each area prior to the bid. They mulched most of our large wooded area including our yard waste pile and the covered many of our ferns and other plants in areas they were not supposed to mulch. They did not mulch our front yard or the pool area. When we contacted them they said they used more mulch than planned when they mulched areas we did not want mulched so they could not mulch the front yard or the pool area unless we paid more.
