I couldn't be more pleased with Pure Pest and Lawn! They are extremely friendly and competent. If I call for something, it is addressed immediately. They have a range of services to pick and choose from . I have them come out multiple times a season for the lawn care, and they do an amazing job, always being respectful of my property. Today Ryan was out, and he is the nicest man! He has been out several times and does a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting good lawn service .

The woman who answers the phone is always helpful and nice, and did an excellent job with scheduling. Even talking about what the plan is if it rains. They called the night before with an arrival time. The worker, Tom, called me 30 min before and told me exact arrival time. Tom was friendly and answered all my questions and explained the process as well. He was VERY patient especially considering it was so hot that day. He worked to match our existing grout and it looks great; and should match even better as it cures. I have recommended Mirelli to a couple people already; not just for the great work Tom did but also the friendliness of office staff and good communication!!

On activating system (after they winterized), the tech had to repair cracked PVC that he said was likely a result of not blowing out the system entirely. They fixed at no cost, so while I would have preferred no issues to begin with, at least they dealt with it. I then get a bill for $240 for 6 Hunter PVG Diaphragms. You can find this part for $6-7 each online. This wasn't discussed with me at any point and the markup on it is absolutely insane. Will find a new company moving forward.

Tech was great. My issue is that I received an invoice for some extra work that was done during the start-up visit. Had two heads replaced, the "rubber kit" (some gaskets, O-rings) replaced, and two stopcocks replaced. $80 for the labor, which I knew going in, so no problem. When I got the invoice, they charged me three to five times more for the parts than I could get them for on Amazon ($105 for a rubber kit?!!). I guess that's on me for not clarifying everything up front. I think I'll be looking for another company, next spring.

I want to say we've been using them for about five years. We have had better service from them than the two companies we had used previously (one went out of business). We feel like the price is reasonable for the work we have done. They start up our system in April, do a mid season check up on the summer and shut it down in October. We're given a four hour window for our appointments. They call when they're about 10-15 minutes away. The guys have all been pleasant. If anything needs replacing (it's rare, but it happens), they explain what needs to be done and why. The person I speak to in the office is great! I literally have no complaints about, or issues with, this company. I have not used them for anything other than our irrigation system.
