I don't understand why they are listed on Angi. This is not a reputable company. I hired them to do a job and despite my best judgment, paid them in advance for debris removal. When I arrived home I saw that only a fourth of the debris was removed. I called the company, and the owner argued that the job was bigger than they anticipated. He blamed me for underquoting the job. I asked him to return to complete the job and never heard from him again. Don't waste your time or money. Find someone else! read more

BEWARE!!! If I could give them 0 stars it would compliment them best. Unprofessional from A to Z with a request for leaf removal, only to be met with 1/4 of a job complete (and not a good one at that), plenty of deflecting, and overall less than stellar customer service skillset. Please do not waste your money. Reading the reviews, I don't know who John is but CLYDE said he was the owner... Hmmm! Not bitter, just disappointed that he wasn't honest about his level of expertise. And we tried to work with him, however he decided not to return our calls even after showing him the photos of our unfinished yard. If you do decide to hire, please wait until after the job is complete before rendering payment...HUGE mistake on our part, and the only good thing that came out of this unfortunate circumstance. read more

Landscape Now tore up are old wood patio, installed a beautiful stone patio, and designed our landscaping. Sean was easy to work with and affordable. He gave us plenty of opions and provided examples and samples. He talked us through every step of the process. Everything looks beautiful and we're very happy with our backyard. We had received bids from 3 landscapers for special project work in our yard (sod, etc.) Because we were undecided but wanted to start yard prep I contacted Sean, lowest bid, and asked if, for now, he could remove yews and roots in our yard. He came out late that very same day. While on the call, I explained that since the bids, I did internet research and visited 2 well respected garden centers. I explained we would do the pre-weeding regardless if we did sod or seeding. We are digging out the significant, decades old weeds and using minimal chemicals to reduce re-growth. We plan to hand weed, especially the first two seasons until the lawn is lush enough to discourage the weeds. We had our soil tested so we know what type of ground treatment is needed. Could he give me some thought on the pros and cons of both routes. He provided terrific advice that matched what we learned and then some. He assured me he buys quality sod for minimal weeds within the sod and checks for grub worms. Knowing we were doing the weeding, he recommended a specialty fertilizer he can get since we were getting down to the basics and removing most of the grass, too. He truly listened to what we wanted. He responded quickly to our request for yew removal (he was amazingly quick getting them and the roots out. So, we WILL use him for our sod. And, he was lowest bidder. I included all the details because the day I called Sean, I first spoke to the high bidder: she was all about sod. When I told her we would pre-weed, etc. there was a weird vibe. I asked her what she was going to do before laying the sod if we were not going to pre-weed. She told me that they would till and even the ground. No mention of fertilizer, etc. When asked about the weeds (we have decade old weeds) she explained that sod comes with weeds anyway and you control it season by season. Uhm... that's when I called Sean. Don't assume landscapers have you in mind. Research after the bids, ask more questions. Choose. read more

Landscape Now is professional, friendly, efficient and gets it done! We had an empty lot that was overgrown with weed trees and other stuff. Morgan visited the property, called to give me an estimate, and then did the work that day. I used Quickpay to send the full amount for the job ahead of time, and not having worked with Landscape Now before, there was a level of trust, but they did a fantastic job and texted photos when they were done. Landscaping Now lived up to its name. When I called them to get an estimate for resodding my back yard they asked me the number of square feet, quoting me a price over the phone which was very competitive. Three days later they came out and completed the job in two days. It looked great when it was done, plus they planted eight privet bushes in the front yard and trimmed our magnolia tree for a nominal added fee. read more

I never leave reviews, but the quality of service that I have received has been so appalling, I feel compelled to share a (very honest) review of my experience working with these people. First of all, this company is "Watts Landscaping" (same phone number, and if you sign a contract it will come from Watts. See Watts Landscaping reviews on Yelp to read about other customer experiences). I very regrettably prepaid for a 3-month contract for snow removal at two multi-unit properties I manage. Due to a milder winter, there were only a handful of times that this company was required to come out to clear our snow. My records show that there was not a single service that was completed without issue. I was lied to numerous times about the properties being cleared, only to find out later that snow was not removed and the conditions were dangerous. There were a few instances when the properties were "cleared", but the job was incomplete and/or very poor. I received complaints from nearly all of my tenants about the conditions at one point or another throughout the contract. Moreover, after being told that snow was taken care of, I had to double check with my tenants just to be sure - which was completely inappropriate. After one of the larger snowfalls this season, one of my tenants was forced to shovel the back lot himself so he could get his car out as no one came to take care of the snow within the 8-hour window per contract. I even attempted to cancel the contract, only to be promised that service would improve. To add insult to injury, we have had one tenant already break her lease in relation to the dangerous conditions of the building in the winter - conditions that were this company's responsibility to maintain.
