We are so lucky that we found Landmark Property Management. They are absolutely amazing at everything they do. We own a property in Corona but we live out of state so we needed a good management company that we could depend on to do their job when we were not around. These people are completely and totally reliable. They Fix problems quickly and constantly keep us in the loop about anything happening with our property. They even have a service open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure any emergencies are immediately dealt with. I can't tell you the peace of mind that gives us. We also had the opportunity to work with Jessica Chavez in the selling of a different property we own in the area. (They have an amazing Real Estate department as well) Jessica was careful the walk us through every step of the process and helped us to deal with the many issues this home had that needed to be resolved before sale. She was always available day or night and she genuinely cared about our needs and concerns. Bottom line, if you need to rent a property or sell a property in LA then Landmark Property Management needs to be your first call. read more

I believe this property management company is the best I have ever encountered. As a former DRE auditor, retired in 1997, I have extensive experience in the industry and currently provide consulting and expert witness services for property management. I highly recommend that you engage this company--you will not regret your decision. read more

I've been a long-distance landlord/homeowner of a rental property managed by Landmark Property Management for over 10 years, and from my perspective, Skip Bressler, Andrea, Jessica, and the rest of the team at Landmark are truly extraordinary at what they do. Not only are they open from 9am-9pm, seven days a week, but they are on-call to both tenants and owners at all other hours as well. There is tremendous reassurance in knowing that at almost any hour, if a question or problem comes up, they will answer the phone and handle it immediately. They are fair, ethical, honest, excellent communicators, charge a very reasonable management fee, and are fierce advocates for BOTH the rental tenants, and the owners of the properties they manage/rent. The result of this, in my experience, is very low turnover which means stable rent for tenants, and stable income for owners (and not losing months' worth of rent when tenants move!!) Landmark has partnered and brainstormed with me to come up with creative and equitable solutions for every issue that has ever come up regarding my rental property, sometimes spending hours talking with a tenant on my behalf (so I don't have to do that myself). One such instance of this was a recent dispute between the tenant and the HOA of the neighborhood, and after a series of interactions with the tenant, Skip was able to advise me on ways to approach the HOA to ease the tensions between the two parties while not exposing me to any breaches of CA landlord-tenant law. They are not attorneys, so they don't provide legal advice, per se, but I have always felt extremely well-taken-care-of by them the entire time I've been an owner/client. I truly love working with Landmark. read more

Owner of the company was extremely helpful in addressing an issue that arose. He takes pride in his company and is very honest. I appreciate his response. He works hard to make sure his tenants past and present are satisfied. read more

We've been clients of Landmark's for 8 years. When we considered turning our house into a rental we had tons of questions. Skip and his team were patient, thorough, and did an awesome job going over all the details and answering our questions. They earned our business and since those initial meetings we've been very pleased with Landmark and are glad we chose them to handle our property. Their office hours are awesome (12 hours a day/7 days a week), they respond to inquiries quickly, and they provide detailed records for all transactions. I would not hesitate to recommend Landmark Property Management to friends, family, or anyone looking for professional property management. read more

We have been using this property managing company for several years now. The people we have worked and working with are Michelle, Pam , Eric and Jessica and Skip. Michelle and Pam are the two wonderful ladies I often communicate with. I trust this company because they have shown their work ethic and reliable . Good at problem solving , reliable and trustworthy. They always there when I called. Good communication between owner and tenant is crucial. I like the owner/ tenant portal software which provide accurate monthly income and expense and year end statement. I'm so thankful with all the help from the people in this company. read more

I have been a tenant of Landmark's for going on two years. Compared to other management companies I've dealt with, I have found Landmark to be honest, professional, polite and responsive. And with them being in their office 7 days a week, that sure does help. I have been renting for 20 years and I have never been treated like family by a property management company. read more

We have been with Landmark for about 4 years now. We are absolutely satisfied with their services to us and the tenants. We have 2 rentals with them. We are out of state owners. We are glad that Landmark will take care of our rentals the way we would take care of it. They fix the problems right away. They are service-oriented, open 7-days a week and long hours. Their fees are reasonable also. It is a pleasure to deal with Skip the owner, Jessica and Andrea. When the owner works on weekends, in the trenches, just like the employees it says great things about the business, commitment to service, their employees and the tenants. We highly recommend Landmark Property Management and without any reservation. Vanessa V read more

They work with landlords who are dishonest, will steal from you, and definitely don't care about actually acting like they care their properties. The person who owned our property seemed to be out of the country literally any time we needed anything and always declined to repair anything. So avoid them if you can since their hands are tied by the terrible landlords they "manage". read more

I just wish the staff at Landmark property management was more helpful, better service have more communication and be kind. The properties they manage have landlords that don't seem to be responsible from what I've read on the reviews. Overall the process is easy when renting out but just wish this management cared more about their job. read more

Told me I couldn't view a property until I gave them my social security number. Blaming covid as the reason.. Yeah no thanks. Been looking at houses for a few months and have never come across that. Pretty sure this is a scam company as that is not normal. read more

The rental process was very easy and straightforward. The office was always very accommodating when there were any issues involving the house. We rented from them for a year and unfortunately had to move because the owner wanted to sell the house. There were many issues with the owner at the time of move out but Skip was able to navigate us through everything and get everything resolved quickly. He communicated with us daily, was always available and if he wasn't he always called us back promptly. We couldn't have asked for more. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again in the future. They are a company with integrity and they care about the owners and the renters equally. read more

Landmark Property Management has been managing our rental since November, and the experience has been excellent from the moment I interviewed them. I initially met with Michele who answered my laundry list of questions. Once my husband and I engaged them, they found a very qualified tenant within a month. The entire team is extremely efficient, attentive, easy to communicate with, and they genuinely care about the service they provide. I highly recommend them! read more

I rented two houses from landmark property management and in the course of three and a half years. Skip and his team were very professional very attentive and accommodating. When the first home went up for sale they made sure that my transition into another home was seamless. I highly recommend landmark property management for all your rental needs. read more

Landmark Property Management is the REAL DEAL. As a former client from 2010-2015 (sold my rental in 2015), I researched property management companies extensively before hiring Landmark. What sold me was the 24/7 service, competitive rates, and knowledge of real estate / rental market. To start, Skip Bresler, the CEO, met with us and assessed our home, and explained our contract in full detail. After posting a thorough description in MLS, Landmark handled everything from interviewing renters, to running the background checks, to coordinating house cleaning. You as landlord never even need to meet the renters, which is the approach we preferred - that's why you hire a property management company. 24/7 service is absolutely true. I spent 4th of July weekend one year speaking with Mr. Bresler at 11:30 PM regarding a maintenance call he was coordinating for me. When maintenance issues occur it's not good, but especially on weekends/holidays, and Landmark has your back plain and simple. Landmark always gives the landlord the option of using his/her own contractor for fixes, or contractors Landmark uses. Landmark contractors are excellent and get the job done at fair prices due to the high volume of work Landmark assigns them. Rental checks arrive like clockwork at beginning of month (assuming your renter did not pay late), and you get convenient online access to your P&L in early January for tax purposes. At move-out, Landmark also coordinates a thorough walk-thru and any repairs so your rental is prepped for your next renter. Our walk-thru/move-out coordinator Kim T. was great, and inspected our property as if it was her own. We were lucky our rental was barely within Landmark's service area, so if your rental is anywhere in/near the Inland Empire, Skip Bresler and Landmark Property Management is the way to go. read more

Have been super impressed with these guys/gals. Loved working with them as a Tenant. When we rented the current place we knew that it was going to be for a limited time, and now that time has come. Hoping we can find another rental though Landmark before our 60 Day. If not thank you for your prompt attention to details and great customer service. read more

I called about an apartment here in Sherman Oaks, CA and have dealt unfortunately with these 2 ladies (Jen and Melinda). I called Jen confirmed she had an apartment available in the building. I let her know we have a Section 8 voucher and proceed to give me a phone number to a person name Melinda and tell me she refers all the Section 8 calls to her. I call Melinda and in being on the phone for less than a minute she start to tell me about signs not being updated, online this and that not being updated and I explained to her that Jen just said there was an apartment available and she sent me to you to talk to me about the Section 8. Her tone changed and she was very adamant that there were not any empty units. I feel these apartment manager are still either unaware of the laws today and knowing we are actually great clients to work with. Our Section 8 is paid whether we like it or not. This is for myself, elderly mother and her cat. Stop turning away for sure paid rent LandMark. I will find a place that for sure. read more

So far, so good. this review is strictly based on the timely response and availability. My husband and I put our house up for sale and it sold surprisingly quick. Escrow will be closing any day now and we need to relocate asap. After calling multiple property management agency, YoShiko from Landmark was the first and only agent to return my call. She even made the time to show me a property the next day. Which I fell in love with. Submitted my rental app friday and hoping to hear from them soon. :) I will complete my review once the process is complete. read more

I own a multi family property in Corona, CA currently under Landmark management. All I can say is they are doing a great job. Their incomparable service 7 days a week 9am-9pm is the best evidence of their commitment to their responsibilities. The other feature of their service is to give owners the freedom of using their own vendors or the company vendors. Also their price is very competitive. I'm so proud of myself because of choosing them to manage my property. read more

We're going on 12 years with Landmark. We've been very impressed with their dedication and knowledge. Their communication is what really stands out. Very nice group of people. I don't think we could have picked a better unit, and I don't think we could have ever asked for more from a property management company. read more

Excellent management company for the area. Skip is incredibly helpful and responsive so you will always know what is going on with your property. They are honest and work with good vendors who won't overcharge you. Having a management company like Landmark takes all the hard work out of being a landlord. read more

We submitted our application to Yoshiko and although she is very nice we are unhappy with the way she works. It may be company policy to review applications as first come first serve but it should also be a policy to reach out to applicants if owner declines application. We had to reach out to her to find out that owner decided to move on to other applications. We could have applied to other homes instead of waiting for over a week. She also was unable to give us a reason why application was denied. It may be a good company if you have months to find a new home, but if you don't have a lot of time then this company is not for you. read more

I have been doing business with Landmark property managment for two yeaars now. Every employee that works there is always friendly and extremly helpful. I have had multiple issues with tenants and each and every time Landmark has swiftly taken care of every issue. The office is always open and anytime anything is needed someone is always there 7 days a week. Landmark has there own contactors who do insured great work if anything was to happen they make sure the job gets done. Skip is the owner he has been in the real esrate industry for over 20 years. His passion for helping his clients/Landlords is unmatched. Being that he owns property he definately understands and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist in anyway he can. I was thinking about selling and they gave me alot of insight on which direction to take. I would definately refer my friends and family to landmark Property Management. read more

The AC in the house went out over the weekend. The owner of Landmark Property Management (Skip) helped to get an AC technician out to our residence within 24 hours of first calling. It is not very often that an owner of a company takes the time to ensure his clients are being taken care of. While most management companies are off on the weekend, that is not the case with Landmark. Excellent customer service. Thanks Skip, I highly recommend Landmark Property Management!!! read more

Since January I have been responsible for a family trust of over 20 rental properties. In searching for a property management company my daughter and I met with Michele and were very impressed with her presentation. Months later I am very satisfied with Landmark's performance. My two main reasons for choosing them: 1. Their extended business hours which I considered essential. This paid off just last weekend when I got an early evening call on Saturday from the owner, Skip, about a leak in one of my rentals. He had a plumber out there within a couple of hours with follow up on Sunday. 2. Flexibility and information. I am informed about every expense and repair. I have the option at any time to send my own contractor for any particular problem but I choose to use Landmark's because they have been vetted from years of experience and the charges have been fair. When a property becomes vacant Eric goes in and makes an assessment of any work to be done--a detailed list is provided. Using their recommended contractor work gets done very fast and at a reasonable price. With so many properties I have a lot of contact with the staff--Michele, Pam, Jessica, Eric and the owner, Skip. I always find them to be cordial and professional. This is a well run business and I consider myself fortunate to have found them. read more

This place is awful. My husband and I found a property we were interested in and contacted the management company. They instructed us to call Yoshiko. After 5 different messages and the run around we finally gave up on the rental. The home owners missed the opportunity to have amazing tenants. My advice, stay away from Landmark Property Management! read more

I called on an available property on Monday morning. I asked to see this property on the same day. Yoshikmo met me out there in a couple of hours. This was probably the 20th property that I was interested in at and she was the first person to act like she cared. I put in an application that day. Today is Friday of the same week and we are in the house. If that isn't fast I don't know what is. Ken was amazing at explaining our contract and we also did a thorough walk through before moving in. I would highly recommend finding your next house with Yoshikmo and her team. read more

I had used Landmark Property management's service for a year and half. I am really happy the way I was served. I would like to name two employees Pam and Skip who helped over and beyond their capacity when I was in need of help. Skip had taken the pain of giving a tour of the house around 9:00 PM after his office hours and made the application process easy. They have arranged a carpet cleaning service after we moved in since we were not happy with the condition of the carpet. Overall, it was a great service from Landmark's team! read more

They are nice people, however they seem to want to do the bare minimum as a property management company. I don't feel that they value their customers or the condition of the properties they list. They don't go above and beyond. read more

This company is the worst when it comes to their involvement with tenants. They rarely respond, especially for termite and roach issues, they choose not to deal with threatening tenant relations, and all around just don't answer when a tenant needs their help or assistance with the property. We hired Landmark property management to manage one of our rental homes in Corona that we managed ourselves for years. We are so pleased with their amazing service, 24 hour availability - 7 days a week. Which we were not able to find with NO OTHER management company. Not only for ourselves, but most importantly for our tenants. After working with Landmark for a little over 1 year. We now realize how much value Landmark brings to us. We are very pleased with the tenants Landmark has placed in our home. Landmark's process was very thorough and successfulI for us. In one phone call, Landmark provided us with a list of vendors they work with to take care of all of our needs. We were so happy since reliable vendors are very hard to find. The staff at Landmark is so helpful and professional. They have taken a huge load off our lives and that was our deciding factor to hire Landmark to now to manage our other 3 rental property's. We definitely recommend Landmark to anyone looking for a great property management for your rentals. read more

Will not recommend at all. The boss and one of the sales person (Kim) decided abruptly during our meeting that they will not be listing our property after we made a 45-60 minutes drive each way only to meet them and finalize the paperwork. While the other sales rep Diane was very helpful. nice and knowledgeable, Kim didn't had seem interested to meet us in person and work with us - Sign of racial, unprofessional and uncourteous.
