Revised review... My previous review was 5 stars... Disappointed that I have to drop them to 3. Up until my most recent dining experience, the service was always great. I've been here more than a dozen times and this past Sunday I took my family here for Sunday Brunch and the service was terrible. They were extremely understaffed and had only 2 waitresses. Our waitress (long blond hair, pony tail... if you're reading this, you know who you are)... You were sick and had a runny nose with the sniffles every time you came to our table (maybe 3 times, taking order, dropping off food, bringing us the check...) I witnessed her walk outside and smoke a cigarette and come back in, hack a few coughs into her jacket and go right back out to serving customers. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS! Really disappointing, and gross. Original review below: I love the mom/pop vibe. At first I only ordered breakfast, then about my 4th or 5th time here I started ordering other items on the menu. Their hamburgers are seriously amazing. Try them! Always fresh and great. Plus it's an awesome value. Don't judge them by their corny logo/sign. Disappointing for a popular spot. We had breakfast and it was ok. Nothing spectacular or memorable. We sat outside and constantly smelled an open sewer line. Not something you want to smell while consuming food. The only upside of the experience was that our waiter was very friendly. read more

Based on the previous reviews we stopped here for breakfast. The meal portions were huge and the food was good. They were busy but the service was good. I had the Trashy Greek and it was way more than one person could eat but delicious. My husband had steak and eggs and said his steak was cooked to his liking. This little diner is such a gem. Its almost always busy here, and for a reason. Prices are great, food is hot with huge portions, and staff is so friendly. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was nice. My complaint was my edd was not cooked, the white was still clear jelly, orders over medium to make dilute white was cooked. Toast doesn't come buttered, would be fine but the toast was cold and butter was hard, sour dough tasted like regular white bread. Coffee is not very strong at all, like drinking dirty water. No one came to ask how our meal was , had to have an employee go search for our bill. Ould be great if small tweaks were made. read more

This place was ok. Service was alright, but not great. I had to stop someone to ask for a coffee refill. Ordered the Landmark Eggs Benedict because it had a jalapeño hollandaise sauce over tomato, bacon, and avocado. Interesting twist! It was a mess on the plate when it came out. Nothing neatly stacked. Egg yolks seemed to have already been broken and were overcooked. I couldn't detect any jalapeño flavor at all. The place seemed sort of busy, but it was Sunday brunch and not as busy as it could have been for a breakfast/lunch place. Not sure why the rushed messy plate presentation. Husband was also underwhelmed. Menu looks awesome, but we don't see ourselves rushing back there. read more

I have been to Landmark Grill many times, and I enjoy taking people there for their first time. From the outside it doesn't look like much, and to be honest, the sign doesn't help (it looks like the sign for a daycare, if not for the word 'grill' in the name). This restaurant has phenomenal breakfasts, and it seems from the crowds that they also have great lunches. At breakfast there are definitely 'regulars' there who come many days a week, if not daily. I've had many things there for breakfast, but my favorite is their breakfast sandwich. The new-ish owner is the daughter of the owner of the old downtown 'George's Cafe' in the medical bldg across from Holy Cross Hospital on 1st South, and she serves the old favorite 'Roundhouse' breakfast from that restaurant. I've never had anything at Landmark that I didn't love. I highly recommend! read more

I've been twice and the Jalepeno Hollandaise keeps calling me back. The hash browns are cooked with just a light crunch and the fruit is fresh. I haven't tried their lunch menu yet because their eggs Benedict have me hooked. read more

This is a solid breakfast place. Service was good, food was hot and tasty. I got the roundhouse and was satisfied. Nothing we got blew is away but it was all really good. My only negative critique would be the $4 fried bacon. We expected the bacon would be thick cut and maybe battered, but it was just 4 regular slices of bacon that were deep fried. Not bad, but probably not worth 4 slices out of my wallet. I'd certainly eat there again. read more

I've driven past this place for years and had no idea it was here. Tucked back behind a building off of busy Ft. Union Blvd is this GEM! Open dining room with lots of windows and comfortable decor. Menu is legit American comfort cuisine with sandwiches, burgers, fries and salads. The breakfast menu is what I ordered from. They have good specials, lots of choice and get this--a vegetarian eggs bene! I was so happy. I ordered the Zeus omelet with feta and peppers and onions. It was so good. So many veggies! And I tried the pancake instead of toast because I consider myself a bit of a pancake connoisseur. I like to order a pancake at any new place I'm trying out. Well hot dang the pancake was awesome too; light and chewy without being soggy. Landmark is making it to my regular breakfast rotation for sure. read more

However, we were seated outside and felt like we were forgotten about the whole time. My dad ended up having to seek a waiter out after about 40 minutes to place our order and ask for coffee refills. I really wanted to love this place. It just didn't do it for me. The chocolate chip pancake was okay. The idea of the Original Greek sounds delicious, they just didn't execute it well. My hash browns were barely cooked and same with the bacon. I love my hash browns actually browned and my bacon crisp, not chewy. The eggs were bland, even with lots of cheese on it. There was just no flavor and soggy hash browns and bacon. But my husband got a French dip and said it was really good, and I will give it to them that they have delicious fries and fry sauce. So maybe this is more of a lunch place. read more

Really good the landmark eggs Benedict was amazing with the mushroom and spinach it mixed really well. The customer service made me feel like I was walking into those tv show coffee shops that you could sit and hang out they were super friendly and my food was ready the second I got that and was super I'll hot when I got home.
