Customer Service was HORRIBLE. I was referred to Butchart, my initial call on12/23/25, for a…read morefuneral arrangement for my 96-year-old aunt. I was charged 93.28 to my card, may not be much to some but it was much for me. On 12/26, I called to make sure my order was correct and if I could get a receipt for my payment. The two girls who spoke to me on the phone, were terrible and treated me with total disrespect. I am 65 years old, and they were talking down to me like they were scolding a little child. Yelling at me, "we do this every day, the flowers will be where they're supposed to be on the day they're supposed to be there!!!" Her funky attitude was so much to the extent that I had to tell the girl on the phone to watch her tone with me. The other girl was in the background, "yeah, yeah" in that girl's support. I was a paying customer asking reasonable questions. What's wrong with these people? It appeared they wanted to argue and fight with me. Complete attitude adjustments are needed, and customer service etiquette is very much lacking for these girls. Not that I care, but you will be out of business if they treat customers like this. I will never order from Butchart again.

I will say they aren't cheap, but with the end result being consistently good I do think it's worth it and they deliver pretty much anywhere in the metro which I think is really great considering that we have such a big area. I've delivered as far north as the Northland and as far south as 172nd street and they've been on time and done a nice job. I'll be back!
