They even delivered it to my work just down the road for me, for a small fee, since they closed before I would be off of work for the day. Stopped here on our way back to Kentucky. This is probably my favorite antique store by far. It had…read morereal antiques if you know that I mean. If not, well some antique stores have what I call, "wanna be antiques". (Furniture made to look antique). We found an old vegetable cutter made from 1898. Which my father-in-law has been looking for. And at a reasonable price of $15. There is so much to look at! There are a lot in glass casings too like a few aisles of it. Staff was friendly. Clean bathrooms. There was another side of the antique store I think It's separate from the Jesse James antique store but I didn't like that one because it was like the fake antique stores I've been to. Just country like modern stuff.

Customer Service was HORRIBLE. I was referred to Butchart, my initial call on12/23/25, for a…read morefuneral arrangement for my 96-year-old aunt. I was charged 93.28 to my card, may not be much to some but it was much for me. On 12/26, I called to make sure my order was correct and if I could get a receipt for my payment. The two girls who spoke to me on the phone, were terrible and treated me with total disrespect. I am 65 years old, and they were talking down to me like they were scolding a little child. Yelling at me, "we do this every day, the flowers will be where they're supposed to be on the day they're supposed to be there!!!" Her funky attitude was so much to the extent that I had to tell the girl on the phone to watch her tone with me. The other girl was in the background, "yeah, yeah" in that girl's support. I was a paying customer asking reasonable questions. What's wrong with these people? It appeared they wanted to argue and fight with me. Complete attitude adjustments are needed, and customer service etiquette is very much lacking for these girls. Not that I care, but you will be out of business if they treat customers like this. I will never order from Butchart again.

Most things are even organized by color! The sections are clearly marked and easy to navigate. The store is clean and doesn't have that musky/moldy smell that some thrift stores have. The staff is always very nice and easy to talk to! My absolute favorite thing is the PRICE! I feel as though it has the best prices in town. The clothing is really good quality and I really get a lot for my money. They always have weekly sales with different color tags being either .99 or half off. Almost every holiday they have a huge all store 50% off sale and it is usually very packed. But the line moves fast and again there is so much to chose from. I have gotten brand new items with tags on for a quarter of the price of other places. I highly recommend this store to anyone that loves thrifting!

I was shocked at the sheer amount of merchandise, it was way more than I expected. Every item I looked at was clean, and all the items were well organized. It was definitely nice. And although I ended up not finding what I was looking for, I will definitely be going back.
