What detail to service. I first went for an estimate, and then went to a competitor that was…read morerecommended by a friend. The original prices were within 200 of each other so I decided to go with the "other guy" that had been recommended by a dear friend. I won't bore you with the details but I leave my car and several hours later the other guys tell me that they can't fix my door and it has to be replaced increasing the bill by 600. 00. As they'd already kept my car all day without doing anything I figured, just go with it. Remember they'd been recommended. An hour later they call to tell me that they couldn't honor my original written estimate and that my 1800.00 was now 3000.00. I decided to pick up my car and drive STRAIGHT to Chinos. The manager remembered me. I told him the whole story and asked him to take another look at my car and make sure door didn't need replacing. The owner Chino was there and came out with the manager. They BOTH agreed they could fix the door without replacing. They quoted me the same price and a 7day turn around. They took 8 days only because the owner said he wanted the door to be perfect and he didn't like how they'd buffed it. I was kept in the loop the whole time, the price ended up being better and most importantly I felt happy, respected and listened to. I have no words to say how much I love the work they did. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. I wasted my time looking anywhere else but Chinos!
