We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Lance's. From our first consultation phone call to our final training session we had a great experience. We purchased online which was very easy and Lance called right away to set up our service. They were out within a couple days to set things up. The line was buried carefully and the system was set up in our garage. The clean set up is appreciated... Every wire was carefully tucked away. Once it was done Craig spent about a half hour with our puppy showing​ her the flags and training me on how to work with her. Then about two weeks later Lance came out for our follow up training. Technician Craig should get a negative 5 rating! so unprofessional. This business does not offer an in person estimate. They will give you a quote based on the size of the area you want fenced. The installer comes out and looks at the area and does the install the same day. In our case, the installer did not follow our request. Our whole purpose was to keep the dogs from going onto our decks. He totally included the house deck in the fenced in area. He also finished early and did not want to honor our agreement to wait until I was home from work to complete the hands on training. The borders and area that were trenches are crooked and irregular. Very unhappy with the work. The other issue is that you can not speak with a person. Everything is email and text. I contacted Angi (a whole other issue) when I received the email stating there was no preinstall visit and someone finally called me back. Avoid this company and avoid Angi!! when I attempted to leave a review of the company they were no longer listed on my Angi profile. What a joke. read more

We had Lance put in our invisible fence for our American Bulldog, Bo, in October of last year. First, his prices are very competitive and the best that I could find! Most important, he and his assistant do an amazing job! After a few weeks you could not even tell where the fence line were laid in the yard! It only took about an hour and a half for installation and we chose to have Lance train Bo where his boundaries were. From the start, I could tell Lance thoroughly enjoys his job! I've never seen such a large guy (he's a good 6'4" if not taller) so quick to get down on the ground and play with Bo! This definitely helped Bo get comfortable with him! He also had me walk with him as we trained Bo and gave me some tips on how to help Bo adjust to his new fence, etc. In conclusion, if you need an invisible fence installed - LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Without making much of an effort to resolve, Lance sent a kid (barely old enough to drive) who proceeded to tell me that it was a bad AC adapter and he needed to charge me $100 because he had to come out. Come to find out, it was an issue with a breaker and how the system was wired in.
