I recently went back because of the permanent, inside wires became loose and had to have it reglued. I was upset that they were not transparent with their pricing. I was told a certain price over the phone and they said I could decide whether to move forward with the process or not, but when they took me in and the Orthodontist had already reviewed my mouth and the broken piece, at that point, I was charged for the consultation and could not go back. I wish I had known that it would be $240 to repair, I would have checked somewhere else first.

After speaking with few receptionists and leaving bunch of messages at various dental offices, it was such a pleasant surprise to speak to Toni at San Elijo Pediatric Dentistry. Toni was very professional, friendly and helpful. She took my our information and gave us appointments during my first call. She sent me a link to fill out the forms online. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the two lovely ladies in the front. One of them was Toni and it was a pleasure to meet her. I found out that on days that they accept adult patients, they don't have children scheduled. The reception area is large with many comfortable seating options to wait. The back area is very clean and well designed for our comfort. The television is in the ceiling for when they work on you, you can watch television. Leandra took my X-ray and did my cleaning. She is super nice, professional and attentive. I hope she'll be the one when I come in for my next cleaning. Dr. Hansen was very welcoming, professional and explained what needs to be done. She was very thorough and informative. I wasn't ready to get the few things she suggested to be worked on. She gave me the list of the items to tackle upon next trip. Right off the bat, the woman on the phone was so sweet, polite, and was able to answer all of my questions in a heartbeat. Instead of having to wait a week to schedule my appointment they had openings the same week! I ended up scheduling for 2 days out. When the day arrived, I drove to the office using google maps. It was very easy to find since the side of the building said Hulse Orthodontics. The parking lot was very spacious and had ample parking available. Right when I walked in, I was so amazed by the interior design. It was so modern, rustic, and comfortable. Basically - nothing like all the other dental offices I've been to. Instead of a dental office, I felt like I was in a new home showing. I could tell that the office was very kid friendly because there was a separate section for arcade games, what?! I walked up to the front desk and the woman already knew it was me even though it was my first time! I had already filled out the forms beforehand so I handed her those and got checked in within a minute. After about 3-5 minutes, another staff member grabbed me to go do all of my scans. This is a predominantly female staffed office FYI. Everyone was super nice and seemed to enjoy working at this office. ********************* ORTHO CONSULT: I can go on and on about my experience, but I just wanted to say that Janelle and Dr. Hulse was AMAZING during the consult. Overall every staff member I met today were very kind, smart, and professional. I wish they did general dentistry here too, but unfortunately only orthodontia.
