The campground is in an odd place. I recommend to those considering staying here to check out their website for some more information about its location. I booked through compost so that was greatly missed in my end.
Pros: The campground host was super nice and even had a bag of brochures with things to do around the area which was so appreciated. The sites are a bit cozy, but overall adequate space. Site was free of trash and clutter and all of the sites looked well kept.
Cons: There's unfortunately one thing we couldn't get passed and it's the stink bug problem! No, nature is never any one's fault and I understand you're exposing yourself to the wild anytime you go camping, but we couldn't have any window or door open without being invaded by stink bugs. Only other con was our picnic table was not kept up well. It had sap all over it which also attracted yellow jackets so we couldn't use it. read more
