However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I'm not sure if they even properly polished the car, as the entire process took only about an hour for the whole vehicle. I'm very disappointed, and I feel like I did not get the service I paid for.

They performed a wash, decontam and polish prior to applying the 5 year Duraslic HG coating. They buffed out a few scratches that accumulated since the vehicle purchase as well. No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well. It had a cheap cover on it that was just holding water on it. It had mold on the dashboard, doors and floor and there was a green slime on the convertible top that I could not remove. I chose the level 3 cleaning (no ozone). I am amazed at how clean my car is. It looks brand new. The convertible top is back to gleaming black and the rest of the car, inside and out, is just shining clean. The cleaning was done a couple months ago and it is still awesome. We'd set an appointment time weeks prior to our date, but it was like pulling teeth to get him to confirm in the days leading up to my appointment. He finally did confirm the day before, but his response just seemed cold, awkward and odd. Sure enough, my appointment was at 9am the following day. At 9:20, I called to see if he was on his way. He told me he'd just gotten in a car accident on his way to my house and was still at the scene, waiting for the police - yet the background on his end was dead silent, as if he were at home and had just woken up. My son is a police officer in the area, and there were zero reports of an accident in the area he told me he was in, at the time he told me the accident happened. I absolutely HATE being lied to. If he'd told me "Omg - I'm so sorry, I overslept", I'd have accepted it, but to be lied to is something I can't get over. I went on to use someone else who was amazing. I'll never contact RBO again.

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer.
