This is a unique one of a kind cake shop specialing in the recent trend of thousand layer cake 千層蛋糕. Loated in Kowloon on Boundary Rd, it's minutes by foot from the Prince Edward MTR station.
The menu is extensive but each day the owner, who also operates the shop, selects only a handful of variety to sell as single pieces. Each variety is limited to 100 or so pieces, and the shop closes when sold out. As such, operating hours are from 1pm to 7pm, and closed on Mondays.

She also serves nothing but the cakes. I would have preferred to have my cake with a coffee or tea, but this also shows how the owner decides how not to sidetrack by offering more than the cakes.
Of note is the owner does not intend to go beyond her capacity by extending her menu or opening branches. This is true entrepreneurship and I am quite envious. read more
