I honestly had no idea how to respond besides "because that is what yall sized me at" Unfortunately this is the only Jos A Bank within an hour drive, so I'll take what I can get. But if you are a manager reading this take note that you need to work on costumer service. This is not the only bad experience. When I was purchasing the suit I had an appointment, now I don't need to be treated like a king but I was disappointed when I came in and asked for my appointment and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was then sent to the back to get measured by a young man who seemed new (no harm in that we all start somewhere). He said to the lady who sent me to him "I don't know how to do the pants measurements" she said "it's easy just do it like the other measurments". Yeah needless to say that did not inspire confidence. Sure enough once the suit got to me it was not a good fit. Please train your staff until they are ready to work on their own.
