That kind of customer service speaks volumes to me- I'm very customer service oriented and really trust and appreciate that kind of unteachable quality in character. They offered a small discount to "fix" the issue, but a qualified body shop later estimated the real repair cost at $1,450. The problem wasn't just the damage -- it was the dishonesty. This dealership should have disclosed the condition of the vehicle before we made such a long trip. The experience only got worse in the finance office. The process was chaotic, and they charged us $647 just to transfer a tag, which is far beyond normal. At that point, after driving so far, we had little choice but to complete the purchase. Overall, the dealership misled us, took advantage of our situation, and failed to act with honesty or professionalism. I will never recommend this dealer or purchase from them again.
