(He's fine by the way). They talked my wife and I through what to do with the towtruck and that the car looked totaled. They took off the plates for us after the inspector came and held them for us until we were able to swing by and pick them up. They didn't charge us a penny, were increidbly communicative while we were there and days after, and we even tried giving them a $20 tip for their help, which they outright refused. I made an appointment to drop off my car Friday morning. I got a call asking me to bring it in Thursday night at about 5:00 p.m. which I did. The following morning at 7:45 a.m. I went to drop the staff some donuts and I was asked if I was there to pick up my car. I could not believe it was finished. A bolt was never replaced on my steering column by the dealership when they replaced my engine. I was an accident waiting to happen.
