I came here to rent a Budget truck. When I rented the truck, I waived insurance coverage. A lady…read morecalled me about 2 weeks before pick up if I needed insurance and well I did. The price over the phone was cheaper than what was quoted on the Budget website. So I quickly signed up instead of calling my insurance company and getting a new policy. It was still expensive, but less hassle. Customer service: they were welcoming, but not super friendly. We were out of there in no time since I did all the paperwork online and just needed to do some last minute signing. The facility and bathroom was super clean. Truck: The truck was beyond gross. There was soda stains all over the seats. There was mud on the dash. I did a quick cleaning in the parking lot because it was that gross. Then when I arrived to where I was loading, i grabbed a bunch of cleaning materials and did a deep clean of the interior. The loading area was super gross too full of dirt and mud. Had to grab a broom to sweep it out and if I had time to do a full scrub, I would have. The truck tires in the front were really worn. The truck did not have cruise control for those that want that. If you need packing material, you can buy it here. I am not sure of the price, since I had my own. Magyar you need to clean your trucks to match the cleanliness of your facility. If the truck was as clean and neat as the service center, I would say 5 stars.

Truck quality: below average. Our truck recently had an oil change. But interior was filthy and disgusting (we spent 45 minutes cleaning the interior before we departed New York). Would have given Magyar 5 stars if the truck had been fully functional and not filthy. Misc: Offers various packing and moving supplies. Overall cleanliness: above average Bathroom cleanliness: above average

Why rate a gas station? Well, as I type this there is about a foot of snow outside, it is so cold…read morethat it's vulgar, and if you're going to get gas you'll freeze your tootsies off. Unless you go here. Then, THEY'LL pump the gas while you remain in the warmth of your car or fix yourself a cup of coffee inside. There aren't many full service stations around anymore, and fewer still with a nice clean well stocked convenience store. They open early and close late, the guys here are always friendly (it is amazing what a difference that makes), probably because they can set their watch by me after 10 years of regular patronage. You can't beat that.

One asked me to park over by a curb, didn't like how I parked, and started pounding on my car. Then, he got another worker to assist and this man approached my car and yelled "don't you know how to park." I replied that I will just go somewhere else and the man yelled "good, go now." All I asked was for an oil check, in a very calm voice. I am in total disbelief that this is how they speak to a paying customer. Will never ever return!! Would rather run out of gas on a dark deserted highway than visit this place again.

The new store is at least 3x larger than the older one. As such, it features an updated and modern design, the parking lot is larger, and there are many more gas pumps. There is an abundance of parking on the front and side of the building, with doors on both sides and entrances on both the 17K and Rock Cut Road sides of the parking lot. This is much more efficient than the old store. The inventory is wide-ranged. There are a few shelves with perishable foods and miscellaneous items, but much of the store contains fresh food -- hot or cold. There is a variety of a little bit of everything. Staff are friendly and plenty. I stopped in just before midnight on a weeknight and there were 4 employees working. Two were stocking the shelves, one was cleaning, and the other was a cashier (who was also cleaning). Staff were extremely friendly and 2 employees went out of their ways to advise me that uniformed personnel (military, law enforcement, etc.) always get coffee for free. A few customers came in and out, but the amount of staff on hand was easily able to keep up with the flow, plus there were still enough employees to get the other jobs done (stocking, cleaning, etc.). For a gas station / convenience store, this is impressive. I hope it lasts.
