My car broke down on the highway after I got out of work and requested a tow through AAA. Armonk garage was on the call. I sat there for 3 hrs waiting for them and called them 2 times. They were extremely rude and told me they knew nothing of who was on for the tows and to call AAA. AAA got no info out of them and told them to call back in 5 min. I am a woman stranded on the side of the rd and they were no help and told me if AAA and I weren't satisfied we should use someone else. Well I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
