They told us to either leave our items and leave or go to the back of the store. We left and came back a bit later after the storm had passed to get out items cuz we still wanted them and in the front of the store the employee said we can check out now so we go to grab our stuff and a different employee stomps up to us and says "What are you doing you need to get to the back of the store." so then my sister explains how the employees at the front said it was lifted and we could walk around now and the employee says "No they didn't." and told us we are lying and then proceeded to tell us we have two minutes to get our stuff and get out. We ended up getting our items but the entire shopping trip they were practically harassing all the customers to get to the back and were very rude. There was barely any tornado either it rained for around 3 minutes.

When they closed the pool they didn't empty the water and blamed us that the heater needed to be replaced and so we ordered a new one. They said it was due to our chemicals, which were always balanced. They installed the new heater and cut the liner which caused a leak. They told us they didn't do it. They didn't have time to fix it as their son got hurt. The pool wasn't leaking before the large cut in the liner where they installed the liner. They decided to come out to repair the liner. It didn't work. It was a bunch of blue goop brushed on. Again, they told us it was our problem and the people that installed the pool. I had a pool leak rest of the summer. I didn't pay the second half of the heater as my pool was leaking. They refused to fix it. I had two companies out here to look at the damage. This leak was not due to the original installation. It was from the install of the new heater where the tear was and the repair didn't work. It was an obvious slice where they installed the heater. Also when these companies came and looked at the old heater and they could tell the water wasn't emptied out of the heater when they closed the pool. Communication is horrible, they don't respond. The one gentleman who helps with chemicals is phenomenal, but other than that, the emails they sent me were mean. I paid for the other half of the heater as I had no choice. It was costly for me to continue fighting for a liner. Find another source if you can. They do not care about their customers and they take no responsibility for their work. They only have time for their in ground customers.

Fred never got me legitimate receipts for tax purposes. NEVER heard from FRED G. again on any consignment items. Fred didn't return texts or calls. Fred G. steals from vulnerable clients. I've read customer reviews... same experiences and complaints about Fred G. and his SCAM resale shop.

We let Fred's team into our home because he promised: Photographic inventory of the items we trusted him to take without us there..... we got nothing. He ignored emails from my sister and myself for months. He promised monthly checks as well.... after months of no responses from Fred, my sister asked me to go in to his shop. I did. Fred bumbled around came up with a bunch of bizarre excuses. Including saying my sister said to only work with her... she is the one who sent me there to confront him as to what stuff he took, and why he hadn't paid or communicated in months. He tried to bizarrely blame her. Anyways. Read other reviews and his attempted brags in his responses about how many clients he's had... which just support all the other reviewers stating how he ripped them off during tough family times.
