They came, gave me a quote and a schedule, and actually stayed exactly on schedule. The project went flawlessly without any hiccups, and a few days later, I had a beautiful patio that I've been dreaming about for 10 years. It's been a year since they've come and put down the patio and I wanted to come back now to leave the review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our patio last year and will again this year. The patio has survived last year's Milwaukee winter superbly, despite the enormous amount of snow we had. They are also very professional and honest with their work. You can easily find people who perform great work, but it's not as easy to spot someone who is honest and follows through with their promise. Don't think I'll need another patio job for years to come cuz they've just done too good a job, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

It was Joe and a crew of non English speaking Mexicans. Plus Chad the job site helper? Chad was fairly helpful very polite . Thou he is given a almost impossible job. I keep a cooler stocked w beverages for the crew, Joe was only here Monday.. The rest of the wk the crew of 4-5 plus Chad. So I had Mexican music playing all day and into the night (830 pm) , I myself was cleaning up these cap staples EVERY day. Pockets full of these green things, in my bird bath, in my zero turn front tire, one of my dog had on stuck to his paw. And stuck in the bottom of my crocs. Poor Chad is expected to do clean up with these magnets .. however the staples have a coating on them so they do not stuck well if at all the the magnet. Poor CHAD tried hard , but these cheap green things were and still are every where . Then Chad showed my photos that the second store floor needed new sheeting( that part of the house is about 100 yrs old I think. Chad stated JOE told him to go buy like 40 sheets of osb. I told CHAD I could run n get it. I have a truck, that way I wont be over charged for the material. NOPE Joe wont allow that. So I was charged time and material?? TIME.. well I have never seen a crew of Mexicans work slower. Honestly They leave here or lunch at a taco truck daily. I even paid for their lunch one day. CHAD said TY however the crew never said thank you or showed any appreciation to the cooler of drinks. I was told that I owed a extra 4K over the $14,555. I already paid. That was for the osb and extra time plus 2 cracked trusses that were sistering in. WHAT no one told me about the trusses. Oh well JOE stated I was not home.. funny he has my # in fact its post at the end of my gated driveway CHAD could see it too. So that all happened Friday,, WHICH they finally managed to get out of here by 5pm. Now I asked JE were the trusses sistering in top to bottom, or just a piece along the crack, He stated top to bottom..BUT JOE never came to check their work. He was busy planning for his 3 wk trip. Well I climbed into the part of that attic.. and as I thought. 1 truss had a small section sister in , not top to bottom. The other truss nothing was done. LOL SO yuppers I called Well Brandi was not sure JOE had time to deal with this cause he was getting ready for his big 3 wks trip..Humm not sure how at is my problem. Anyway he did show up, and I had boards laid down for him in the attic and a light clamped up and I even spray painted the trusses.. See being a 68 yr old woman..well men like to treat me like I am stupid. So oh yes Joe fixed and perfectly . I even stated he should train his Mexicans to do their job as good. I did tell him about the green staple caps. Even the one in my dogs paw, he didnt care, I stated a 12 wk old puppy came in with a piece of that old drip FOAM RUBBER cushion they use on the roof. ( was in her mouth. She could have choked on it or swallowed . and needed surgery or died. His answer ( well why was she doing that) what the heck its a puppy. Yes yes weeks later I am still fining pieces of that stuff. As for the zero turn tire JOE just wanted to patch it.. WTH seriously over 14k I already paid him.. He did not want to paid 40$ for a tire..LOL Now everytime I look up at my 18K roof (still owe 4k) all I see is this hideous bright white flashing that goes up my chimney sides 8-10'.. my shingles are not white, my chimney is not white, my new siding once installed is farm house brown. No one asked me what I wanted and yes I have darker flashing in my pole barn, nope they do as they please.. and hand you a extra bill for 4k. Oh wait I called the office , but JOE out of town..lol They guy stated someone could come spray paint the flashing..lol.. NO I want it removed and redone..code is 4-6 inches not 8-10. And why does JOE feel he should ask way more for extras,, yet when is comes to the client ( customer) I should be offered a patched tire and a can of spray paint. I hung up on his stand in. Have to wait for JOE to return from his 3 wks vacation.. Must be nice huh. oh I almost forgot , I asked JOE if the use those staple caps to hold down ice and water shield and the synthetic underlayment . Oh no they use NAIL CAPS.. Funny cause I have not found any of those here after the roofer left. Humm makes cha wonder huh.. I cant say if the did a good job roofing.. my gut is they cut corner as much as they could. Cause we all know you cant see what under the shingles til its too late and by then your warranty on the labor is long gone. But CHAD was always hard working and very kind. Unprofessional. Contracted out through Lowe's. Wasted a month and prevented me from getting my…read morefloors updated before move in. I'm pretty livid about the entire experience. After deciding on my floors at Lowe's (LVP) I was told that this company would be contacting me within a day or two. However after multiple no-responses requiring follow-up after follow-up, a tech came out to measure my floors. The guy was polite and did his work, but after that they never contacted me again. I went into Lowe's and Lowe's reached out to them directly. A week later, still no follow up. I went back to Lowe's and ended up just buying the flooring myself. May be returning it if I can't find anyone to install it. Worst experience with a contractor to date.
