Unprofessional. Contracted out through Lowe's. Wasted a month and prevented me from getting my floors updated before move in. I'm pretty livid about the entire experience. After deciding on my floors at Lowe's (LVP) I was told that this company would be contacting me within a day or two. However after multiple no-responses requiring follow-up after follow-up, a tech came out to measure my floors. The guy was polite and did his work, but after that they never contacted me again. I went into Lowe's and Lowe's reached out to them directly. A week later, still no follow up. I went back to Lowe's and ended up just buying the flooring myself. May be returning it if I can't find anyone to install it. Worst experience with a contractor to date. read more

I would recommend Four Seasons Flooring. They came out to look at our project before it was started and said they can help. They came back when it was done and did an awesome job on our enclosed porch flooring!!! They brought samples and helped with the best flooring. Everything was perfect!!!! We will use them again!!! We also added new carpeting to our three seasons room that works well with pets! Crew was great and cleaned up after themselves! read more

Best carpet installation with high quality materials. They did an incredible job in our difficult areas.

We used Four Seasons Flooring twice in the last 2 months. The first was for new carpeting, which turned out beautiful! Jackie came out and measured and also helped us choose the carpeting for our master bedroom and our two sets of stairways. Today, they just finished a fireplace remodel, and I don't have words to describe how happy we are! Their subcontractor, Jeff Simons, is probably the most detailed, conscientious tradesman that we've ever had do work for us. Although we did some floor protection in advance, he added to that and kept our home spotless throughout! I'll attach before and after pictures of the big change! 2 Fabulous Instal Experiences!!!! Recently I had flooring replaced in my business and at my home!!! All of the guys are absolutely FABULOUS!!!! They are so helpful, moved all my furniture in both places, put it all back, they clean up after themselves constantly, they work non-stop taking very few little breaks!! I was so impressed with their work , their cleanliness and how fast they were with the big jobs they had! The trim working is outstanding and they matched my painted cabinets so well I couldn't believe it! I truly can't say enough about these super hard working men and the outstanding office ladies who did the measurements and all paperwork and prep work!! Tamara is so easy to work, she has such great ideas, she found just the flooring I wanted, the perfect area rug & matched by business flooring to the other flooring so well it looks like it's always been there! Four Seasons Flooring supplied and had installed our new flooring and also supplied our new braided rugs for that floor. First, let me commend their installation crews at the highest level for their capability, professionalism and dedication. Their ability to deal with adversity was beyond laudable while their ability of communicating their challenges to us, their customers, was accomplished in a way that still supported Four Seasons Flooring. Second, it took Four Seasons 4 attempts to deliver and install a floor that demonstrated anything close to acceptability. The first attempt was the partial installation of the wrong color flooring. The second attempt was the correct color flooring however after installation the ends of the individual planks bowed up or "cupped " within a matter of days. Following the arrival of "factory inspectors " who examined the installation and took photographs, the floor was classified as "sub-standard " production by the factory . At the time of installation, this had been reported to the Four Seasons office by the installers who were instructed to install the floor anyway. Finially a quality floor was installed and judged by all to be acceptable. At the latter part of that installation, it was discovered that the amount of flooring delivered wasn't enough to complete the job. Several days later, more flooring was delivered with the same die lot and installed. Within a week following installation, a section of the accepted flooring was found to have a defective surface. The top layer showed microscopic cracking. Following examination, this too was replaced. This entire scenario demonstrated a total lack of organization and inability by Four Seasons to provide quality product to customers. Lastly, after the flooring was completed the pads and braided rugs were put down. Within a matter of days, the braiding showed signs of discentagrating in non- traffic locations. Again, this was reported to Four Seasons Flooring who sent people to examine our concerns and take photographs . It was determined that the rugs were sub-standard and should be replaced by the factory. The "factory response " after viewing the photographs, was that they wouldn't replace the rugs . We were instructed to self-repair the braiding with a butter knife and/or cut off loose material that was obvious in numerous places. Our experience dealing with Four Seasons Flooring was a disaster from the onset. Their products demonstrated less than acceptable quality and their total lack of support and ethical behavior with their customer was an embarassment for us as well as those who've contacted us looking for a reference for them. read more

Great job by Four Seasons Flooring. Tamara is amazing. I live out of town and was getting my parent's home ready for sale and she worked with me every step of the way saving me a lot of travel time. We had a small glitch with installation but it was handled quickly and professionally! I would definite recommend Four Seasons (and Tamara!) for you flooring needs. read more
