I dropped the car off at 8:30 a.m. and was told by 2:00 p.m. that the issue was diagnosed as a clock spring and repaired. Upon picking up the vehicle, the squeaking noise was immediately present. I returned to the shop, where the technician sprayed WD-40 into the steering wheel area. The noise subsided for approximately one week and then returned. I contacted the shop again and was instructed to bring the vehicle back. During this visit, I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was then informed that my vehicle had an oil leak and that the upper control arms needed to be replaced, which they claimed was the cause of the steering noise. After picking up my vehicle a week later, the squeaking noise was still present. I documented this on video and immediately notified the shop via phone and email. Due to it being Christmas week, I brought the vehicle back the following Monday. Before I was able to do so, while backing out of my garage, I heard severe metal-on-metal grinding, as if the vehicle were coming apart. This noise had never occurred prior to this shop working on my vehicle. I immediately contacted them and was told that other components may need replacement and that they were not responsible. Additionally, after their tire rotation, my custom Range Rover valve stem caps were removed and replaced with mismatched, rusty caps (one was missing entirely). The wheel lock key was left loose in the trunk, and the spare tire cover was not reinstalled. Given the severity of the situation, I filed a formal complaint with my warranty company. They ultimately approved a diagnostic inspection at the Range Rover dealership. The findings were extremely concerning. The dealership documented negligent workmanship by Supreme Auto, including: Bolts not properly tightened Missing fasteners Components left loose As a result, the brake dust shield was dangling and a bolt was rubbing against the rotor, damaging the brake pad and sensors and creating a serious safety hazard. The dealership further confirmed that the original steering wheel noise was caused by a foam component on the steering shaft that required lubrication -- not a clock spring, which Supreme Auto billed and was paid for. To restore my vehicle to a safe operating condition, I am now responsible for $2,967 out of pocket. I provided Supreme Auto with dealership videos, documentation, and reports. Despite this evidence, they offered only $463 to "tighten bolts," while claiming they did not perform brake work. While that is true, the issue was not brake service -- it was improper reassembly and failure to secure critical components affecting steering and braking systems. For the record, my brakes were inspected in August, and this vehicle is not driven daily. Thankfully, my warranty company has since removed Supreme Auto from their approved network. I hope this review prevents others from experiencing a similar situation. All I requested was that they take responsibility and pay the dealership directly to correct the unsafe conditions created by their workmanship. They may deny responsibility, but the evidence -- dealership video, written report, and another independent mechanic review -- clearly documents the cause. This is not acceptable or ethical business practice

As a regular who gave Tire Pros my business when they were still at Elite Smog & Auto, I'm…read moreextremely disappointed in the customer service I've received from them lately to say the least. My 2015 Chevy Malibu needed to have a check engine light diagnosed to pass smog, so of course I took it here being as I had been a regular customer for years. Myself, my mother, and my grandma all brought our cars here for years. Unfortunately this is where the great customer service ends. We were informed by Kelly that without an appointment, they would need 2-3 days to diagnose the vehicles problems. After hearing this, we made an appointment for the following week in the morning in hopes of not having to be without a car for 2-3 days and we were not offered a loaner. Fast forward to the day of the appointment; we drop the car off early morning. We call back later that same day for an update. Kelly again informs us that they will need the car for 2-3 days, even though we had an appointment. There was definitely a miscommunication somewhere because Kelly was certain she had let us know it would be 2-3 days even with an appointment, but if that were the case we wouldn't have waited to make an appointment for the following week, we would've just dropped it off immediately considering it was going to take days either way. We expressed this frustration to Kelly, which she insisted she communicated with us that it would be 2-3 days regardless. When we called back the next day to apologize for our frustration over the miscommunication, Travis, the owner answered. We know who Travis is. We have been taking our vehicles here as a family for YEARS before they were ever Tire Pros. He was extremely condescending and rude. "I don't know if you know who I am, but I'm the owner." He said. Yes, Travis, we know who you are. We have brought approximately 5 cars as a family to be serviced at YOUR SHOP over the years. My grandma has brought 2 of her own cars to be serviced at your shop, and you guys made a mistake when servicing her vehicle and caused her car to leak oil until the light came on and she had to bring it back to you guys to fix it and then you made her wait THREE HOURS to fix a mistake YOUR TECHS MADE. Anyways, Travis essentially tells us they did the oil change for the Malibu but that his smog technicians "don't know" what the check engine codes mean on our 2015 Malibu. I call BS. You all know what the codes mean. Kelly got her feelings hurt, and because she is Travis's sister, they took it personally and decided to refuse service on the vehicle and LIE TO US about "not knowing." They did not attempt to diagnose the codes and they also did not attempt to address the headlight bulb that I asked them to replace. He told me "Take it to Chevy." So they have had the car overnight and have only done an oil change. Claim they "don't know" what the engine codes mean, and refused to service the headlight. Essentially told us to take our business elsewhere. I'm not sure if Travis realized that we, as a family, have been bringing him business for at least 7-8 years with multiple vehicles. Never again. He doesn't even know who we are, are you kidding me? Ever since Dave left this place has gone downhill and quick. They still email me asking me to bring my car in for service. Guess what? I'll take it to Chevy instead so that Kelly doesn't get her feelings hurt and decide to stop working on my car because she and Travis cannot properly run a business. The cherry on top? We took the vehicle to another small business mechanic down the street and he was able to diagnose the engine codes within HOURS, giving us a price & a fix with no BS involved. Travis, if you read this, you really need to reevaluate your business. We have a Chevy Malibu, Kia Optima, Honda Accord, and Cadillac XT4 that we will never bring to your shop ever again even though we used to. You've lost 3 long term customers. If anyone else wants the name of the mechanic down the street, let me know. Prices are better, service is better, and turn around is much faster. What a shame about this place.

If you're in need of an…read morehonest, reliable, friendly, fair and extremely knowledgeable mechanic then I promise you this; look no further than AA Auto Repair! I first went to them years back on the recommendation of a good friend after being disappointed in several of the shops I had been trying. I have and will only ever continue to go here. It's a family run business who treats their customers as though they are family. I can't speak highly enough about the owner and his crew! They know their stuff to put it mildly. They have always been super accommodating and have on so many occasions gone above and beyond. Where I might have price compared early on, I soon realized that was an unnecessary exercise. Not once did I find them to be overpriced or did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of. (Unfortunately that has not the case at numerous other shops I've been to throughout the years). Their level of expertise is amazing! I've probably had them do everything from minor repairs to more complex fixes on at least 5 different vehicles in my family. Not once did I ever need to go back because something wasn't right. Top notch work and super timely. Best yet, they take the time to listen and go above and beyond to explain what the necessary repairs will entail. I'm not super well versed in automotive repairs, but I do have enough of an understanding to know when a mechanic is the real deal and isn't out to gouge or perform shotty work. Put it this way; I'd have no problem sending my grandmother in with no forewarning and be completely assured she'd be taken well care of. As a matter of fact, I attend Foothills Christian Church just down the road and have recommended AA Auto to several people. Usually not a good idea to give fellow church-goers unsound or poor advice! In my years of going to them I've been able to see them grow; even moving from a smaller shop a few blocks down to their current location. It warms my heart to see such a business grow because they do it right. Thank you to the team. You guys have saved me on so many occasions. I rarely do reviews on businesses, but this is one I felt it absolutely necessary to sit down and write with the hopes that anyone in need will understand I'm being completely sincere. You will not be disappointed! Thanks - Steve Lettow
