Called several companies and all wanted a "trip charge" to come look that would be forgiven if a purchase was eventually made. I dont understand this concept and apparantly neither does Markl & Sons, as they didn't charge me $85 for coming out and taking a look. Ended up needing a new air handler. Took a couple days for the parts to arrive but they showed up on time and the team worked nonstop in 100 degree heat (attic installation) to install and make sure it worked as it should before they cleaned up after themselves (with broom and mop) and shook my hand said their goodbyes and left. Oh, and of course collected a check. I will not hesitate to call them again. Appreciate the honesty.

I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. To my surprise, I got a message via Yelp from All Seasons to call and book a service schedule. I called and was able to schedule for an opening they had the next day. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. All I know is All Seasons responded and the tenant has a working AC unit again. That is what matters most. Thank you, Marcy and the All Seasons team. God bless!!
