I took a small camp trailer into this shop based on the one 2020 review.
This company abused my patience and pocket book. In 12 weeks they charged for one days work and charged a fee for use of a credit card.
Hourly rate was over $100 an hour. Replacement hot water heater and 55amp main board assembly, well above internet quotes. Small repairs of de-winterizing, replacing old sealant, minor fuse replacement, change of propane hoses, radio antennae repair and putting spare tire on back were accomplished at the hourly wage. Awning was to be replaced, but after giving the shop the old awning, they scrapped it and didn't get to the replacement. The toilet and shower did not work and leaked. I called for replacement part (leak happened off their lot, they stated), it was shipped and it was the wrong part. I took the toilet back to the shop and the worker said it was fine. I had another person test the part and they said it leaked.
Fridge freezes everything, bottles, milk, fruit, vegetables. Worker notes states fridge runs fine. Propane sensor doesn't work and the battery dead. I charged the battery at home and the sensor still didn't work. This is a serious safety issue.
Small ceiling leak at the front of the trailer (evident by ripples inside on ceiling), was "repaired" as evident by the exterior "dent" on outside where the roof was peeled back and "sealed". Moisture still collected there after a rain. The microwave was removed, but nothing mentioned about it's status at time of bill paying. read more
