The people were friendly enough but it did take longer than I expected to simply return the vehicle. They only had one computer that would apparently accommodate me and it was busy for a while before I was able to be seen.

When I reached Minneapolis, something had shifted and I could no longer open the back door of the truck. Needless to say, I was a bit freaked, imagining thousands of dollars of costs. Brought it in to this location the day before I was to go through the border. The guys at the front desk were really friendly and the guys in the shop all helped me lift the door open. Took a minute. Turns out it was the moving dolly that was blocking it. They were all great and took the time to help in a way that is rare in NYC. It was a great experience!
