We spent $800 on batteries and went to a local RV dealer who sold us a replacement breakaway cable. We brought our rig home and when we went to leave on a trip, nothing worked. We had no choice but to get someone mobile. Andrew was super busy but called us at 10:30 PM and said he could come then. My husband and I sat outside in our pajamas as Andrew worked. He came back the next day and continued looking for the problem. He discovered that we were sold the wrong part that didn't work with our rig. He drove to Spokane and picked up the correct part and came back a third time and the problem was fixed. Hallelujah!!! We cannot say enough good about Andrew. He was our lifesaver and we won't hesitate to call him again if needed.

After the first visit, they ordered the part - it was expedited and three business days later, we returned for the install. It did take him much longer to install than expected - it turned out the "temporary fix" our neighbors helped with caused some problems with the install. But they stuck with it. All the staff was great. They don't have a waiting room (most people drop off), but everyone was really helpful finding us a place to sit. There are several dining options within walking distance if needed. I would also recommend calling for hours - we drove an hour to get there. He bolted them. Then we called Josh again to put a toggle switch(battery disconnect) into our pull car. And another time to prep our motorhome for our next run.
