The two men that were here had found the problem, figured out which of our irrigation lines they could turn off and replaced a piece in the pump that should've told it to shut off. Two men walking around, looking for the problem, found it, fixed it, and we're so polite and offered some suggestions about how we could trim down the amount of faucets in our backyard. I peppered Scott and Joe with questions, and they patiently answered all the questions every step of the way. They educated me about all parts of the well pump and the best way I can keep an eye on it in the future. Found this company on Yelp and took a look at the company website. I liked what they had and their volunteer work in Thailand really impressed me. After speaking to the lady co-owner who for at least 15 min, she promised a call back to get me scheduled for an on-site appointment in a couple business days. I hung up the phone with lots of optimism. It's been two weeks and no phone call. What is going on with the local drill companies? Is there that much business they don't care about $20k jobs? The crew was very careful of their surroundings, such as our trees, and the only thing they left was an area of drilling spoils which is now starting to be reclaimed by Mother Nature. There was a small cosmetic problem with the installation that Gary quickly offered to fix. I ended up fixing it myself with his help and our new well looks and performs as well as we had hoped.
