During our yearly routine service, they found a crack in our water tank causing a sizable leak. When fixing the tank, they had to work around our out of date equipment and piping. Weeks pointed out that we will still need to replace our water pumps sometime in the future since the original set up is still kinda janky, but Weeks did not pressure us to do so now, and we really appreciate their honesty and their understanding of our old system and how best to help us move forward into the future. The next day, Friday, the pressure was barely a dribble. I called late morning to let them know things were worse, and they ended up coming right over, helped me trim the tree above the well to give them access, and within a few hours the water was back with the best pressure we've had since we moved in. They still had to finish the rest of their scheduled jobs for the day. While they were there, I also asked about replacing some cheap plastic valves coming of of the tank with a much better brass valves and wanted to redo the pvc piping as well.
