During our yearly routine service, they found a crack in our water tank causing a sizable leak. When fixing the tank, they had to work around our out of date equipment and piping. Everything is working now. Weeks pointed out that we will still need to replace our water pumps sometime in the future since the original set up is still kinda janky, but Weeks did not pressure us to do so now, and we really appreciate their honesty and their understanding of our old system and how best to help us move forward into the future. Thank you!

Angel has been consistently great to work with - prompt and fast, excellent communication, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and work was done quickly and within our schedule. I will certainly continue to work with him for any well or pump work needed. Highly recommended!

Found this company on Yelp and took a look at the company website. I liked what they had and their volunteer work in Thailand really impressed me. After speaking to the lady co-owner who for at least 15 min, she promised a call back to get me scheduled for an on-site appointment in a couple business days. I hung up the phone with lots of optimism. It's been two weeks and no phone call. What is going on with the local drill companies? Is there that much business they don't care about $20k jobs? Another disappointment!

Sher E. has described our encounter with Gary and Clear Heart Drilling very well…read more Our proposed well site (in 2018) was difficult to access and with Gary's explanations and Clear Heart's equipment, the job was performed very easily. The crew was very careful of their surroundings, such as our trees, and the only thing they left was an area of drilling spoils which is now starting to be reclaimed by Mother Nature. There was a small cosmetic problem with the installation that Gary quickly offered to fix. I ended up fixing it myself with his help and our new well looks and performs as well as we had hoped. We recommend Clear Heart Drilling with no reservation.

The next day, Friday, the pressure was barely a dribble. I called late morning to let them know things were worse, and they ended up coming right over, helped me trim the tree above the well to give them access, and within a few hours the water was back with the best pressure we've had since we moved in. They still had to finish the rest of their scheduled jobs for the day. While they were there, I also asked about replacing some cheap plastic valves coming of of the tank with a much better brass valves and wanted to redo the pvc piping as well. The came out a few days later and got right too it. What should have been an hour job turned into a 7+ hour job due to previous improper work. Without getting into details, they ran into a few messy problems, and were determined to get us water before they left. They were there until 7:30PM and made sure the water was on through out the house and everything was cleaned up before they left! I will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

I then hired two other plumbers to come out and snake it, and neither was successful. One of them even told me I needed to redo a good portion of my plumbing for over $5,000! I found Rock Solid Drains after that, and they told me that all they do is unclog drains and that they have the equipment necessary to clear difficult washer/utility sink drain clogs. John from their team came out and within about 15-30 minutes had run a snake through our washing machine drain line, cleared the blockage, and had our plumbing working exactly as it should again. These guys are great if you have a drain clog that you can't clear yourself or that a normal plumber doesn't have the right equipment to handle. They solved a problem that two other plumbers couldn't, and did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rock Solid Drains. John was great to work with, and I'm very glad we called them before spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily!

Overall great experience making the appointment, tracking the arrival and handling the service! Price is also very reasonable for unclogging drain but we're still thinking about a much more expensive job for the hydro jetter.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this business. I found them through Yelp while…read moretrying to contact a different plumbing business. The company replied to my service request immediately and sent a link to make an appointment for an estimate online. I made an appointment for between 10am-noon on a Friday. That morning they call me to say that they need to reschedule (strike one). A person showed up within the updated 2-hour window only to share that they had sent the wrong person, he can't do estimates (???!!!) and someone who does estimates from their company would need to be sent out later (strike 2). I started to get annoyed because I had taken off the morning for work, but thought, let me just be patient. About an hour later the first worker comes back with his telephone and asks me to speak with his manager who said that he couldn't come out that day but could come out the next day (when I wasn't available). He proceeded to argue with me about what was needed and never once apologized for my wasted work day. (strike three) At this point, I felt that I had wasted enough time with this company. No one seemed to know what they were doing (the company's dispatch), or why they were doing it (the first worker sent to my house). I'll take this as I dodged a bullet, as I had not read the other reviews until just now. At least now I know better than to just trust Yelp to pick good companies when they ask if you'd like to send your service request to other companies.
