It smelled amazing the moment i open the box, rich, buttery, and fresh. The layers were soft and fluffy inside with a slightly flaky texture on the outside, and the pistachio filling added just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. You can really tell their bakery items are made fresh. I also ordered an iced Americano, which had a light taste to pair with the pastry. The shop itself has a clean white aesthetic that feels calm and peaceful. Plenty of space to sit down, work, study, or just relax for a bit. Definitely a spot I'd come back to next time I'm in Spokane.

Went to brunch and came back out, and got a pound of beans and a two cups of coffee for me and my friend. Willow was absolutely wonderful and asked about our breakfast and experience with IPK.
