Excellent company! Great agents and very customer service driven. This company is like a family and I could not recommend a better company.

The Loft Tour began at 12, but a map and greeters at every loft allowed arrival and city walking throughout the day (at your own pace). There were some uninterested vendors in various lofts, but far and few between. Talking to people you saw along the tour routes was cool too. I'd recommend the loft tour sponsored by H2 Real Estate to anyone, old or young, slightly interested or ready to buy!

I can only speak from my personal experience, but it has been extremely disappointing. As a result, moisture has become trapped in the bathrooms, leading to black mold growth. Even after the mold developed, no meaningful action was taken to address it. On top of that, we were never provided with a parking pass when we moved in. After living here for 10 months without one and without any communication from management, our vehicles were suddenly towed. We had to pay out of pocket to retrieve them and were not reimbursed. Based on my experience, this company has shown very little concern for its residents or their living conditions. It feels like their priority is collecting rent rather than maintaining the property or providing reasonable customer service. I would not recommend living here.

This is truly the worse and most unethical company I have ever dealt with as a renter. Actually,…read morethe only bad experience. They have you move in the most filthiest and unsafe conditions. False advertising. The cleaners we had to hire to clean their property at move in said they're known for this. What does that tell you? The most they do is hide behind the foreign call centers that know nothing and do nothing. Just pass the buck to someone that ignores you. No one gets back to you or does their job period. They stay successful by doing nothing and getting away with it. No inspections and no actual work on their end. Just collect profit from property owners. They're upping their unethical tactics under acquired Darwin Property. They're only getting worse. I forsee a class action lawsuit.

Property owner review - 6 units under management with Evernest Birmingham…read more Evernest Birmingham is completely non-responsive. I can't speak to anyone aside from an incompetent individual assigned to my account named Dan Washington who appears to be using template/AI responses. He states he is my property manager but cannot do basic things like provide me with copies of my tenants' leases or contact information. I had to terminate my property management agreement. I submitted evidence of unauthorized, duplicate, and inaccurate charges in March 2025 and they still have not been reviewed or refunded as of June 2025. They are still charging me management fees in June for a home that I sold in April. There is no value in a property manager that requires this level of oversight from the owner. I am disappointed that my tenants endured this level of neglect and mismanagement without my knowledge.
