Great nail salon. The staff is very courteous. It's clean and their equipment is in good condition. Their service is great in comparison to other nail salons. They use the gelatin soak that is an amazing experience. I have found that when I get my mani and pedi's the polish last longer. I can't utilize the gel polishes. I don't think the use additives. Was excited to check out this nail salon, as I live right up the road and boy was I not disappointed! As soon as I walked in, I felt welcome. Friendly staff and convenient/easy check-in process. Was pleasantly surprised to see that they have lots of colors to choose from, which is a huge plus for me! The atmosphere here is very relaxed, friendly, and bright. I thoroughly enjoyed my signature pedicure service which was highly relaxing and probably the best pedicure I have had in quite some time. After one visit, this is my new nail spot! I came in for a gel removal and first time dip polish. I was seen immediately. My nail tech was incredibly gentle when removing the gel polish - something I get nervous about because it can ruin your nails if done improperly - but she did an incredible job maintaining their health. She was so precise when applying the dip polish that no detail was overlooked. She did an awesome job shaping my nails and made sure to get all the edges perfect once the dip went on. I'm pleasantly surprised with how great dip polish is...my natural nails feel indestructible. The price for dip polish is $50, which seems high, but after watching the tech work on them for so long throughout the process I can see why it's worth it for the price. I really hate leaving this review but maybe it'll help someone else. So, I wanted dip nails and needed my old ones removed. They put my hands in baggies and smooshed the gel around through the bag which took forever and was semi annoying. I wasn't asked what shape I wanted and another lady was telling my nail tech what to do in Vietnamese. I figured out quickly that this woman isn't familiar with what she's doing. I have uneven nails and she cut my nail bed with the drill. They are very nice but I won't be returning. read more

Not that great. I opted for the signature pedi for $50. She messed up and used gel polish instead of regular polish and made a mess when she applied the topcoat. Then she had to start over with the color. I picked OPI Big Apple Red to match my fingernails. I'm not sure what I ended up with but it's the wrong color and it's all over my toes. read more

At first I thought the place was nice. Also convenient being close to my house. Then tables turned. The lady did my nails extremely fast. Usually a good thing. However didn't even clean the under part of my nails. Then before my nails were no where near finished, she asked me to pay. She said my card was declined (there is money on it) asked for another card. Maybe she just didn't want a credit card because they may have to pay a fee. I called my card company and there were no issues. Very sketchy. Then at the end she put one hand under the dryer until it went off. My second hand. 3 seconds later she turned it off and said they were fine. NO they were still wet ! Put the dryer away , grabbed her stuff and bolted out the door. So unprofessional . Btw don't look at their price sheet , it's a lie. Learned my lesson, ill spend my $100 else where next time. Smh. read more

I had a terrible experience here. There were 2 employees working and when people walked in, instead of saying they weren't going to be able to help them, they helped them and cut the services I got done short. They were in a hurry since they had customers waiting. The services are too expensive and you're paying for a full service, not partial. Part of my nails weren't painted and they were too busy working on other people to finish my manicure and pedicure. They did eyebrow threading in between my manicure and pedicure. And my manicure wasn't a true manicure. I didn't get the service I paid for. I left with extremely dry hands and cuticles. I didn't get a massage or any lotion. My cuticles weren't soaked and she was in a hurry to cut them and when I asked her to cut more of them because they were peeling still, she blamed my dry hands and cuticles, but if she had soaked them they would have been easier to cut. You should leave with soft smooth hands and feeling relaxed. I just felt rushed and like I got half of a service and I didn't get what I paid for. read more

As much as I wanted to love this place because it's so close to my house, it's just barely mediocre. I will admit they did try to make it right once they realized I was not happy. While getting my nails done, they squished my hands in a sand which sized ziplock bag of acetone for 20+ minutes. I had to pull my hands out the bag several times because they were cramping. This method is probably perfect for a child or a petite adult, but not for a full sized adult. My skins is also burning and has a flaking residue all over my hands from sitting there so long. I did asked for my nails be wrapped in foil individually and I was told no. The nail tech did not ask what shape I wanted either. Fast forward to pedicure, they did not give an options as to what kind of pedicure I wanted. Not a big deal I guess. However, they started to paint my toes with left over polish on still. I stopped the girl in the process of painting over old polish and asked if they were even going to clip my nails and take of cuticles?? I get this place is new and busy and have some issues to work through, but not cutting nails and taking care of someone's cuticles while painting over left over nail polish is unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be returning any time soon. I would like to give it another try in the future just because it is a nice salon and so close to where I live. read more

After nearly a year of not getting my nails done I decided enough is enough. I remember seeing this shop next to our favorite Pizza place, Salvos. So I decided to check them out. First of all, the place is immaculate, and I mean spotless! They adhere to COVID guidelines and require everyone to wash their hands before they see them. All staff are masked and gloved. Stephanie did my nails and she is just the absolute best. She listened to what I wanted, and did the best dip nail I have seen. Since I like French tips I and like my nails short, I worried that they would be identical. They are all perfect, the exact same size and not too thick. Also, get a pedicure while you are there, they did a great job on my horrible neanderthal feet, they are so smooth and pretty now! Another customer was getting lashes done, so now I have to get that done too. They were absolutely beautiful, long and so natural looking. They offer facials too and I may just have to treat myself to an entire day there! read more

Tried this salon for the first time today and fell in love with it. I got a signature pedicure and it was amazing! They soak your feet in jelly water and use a sugar scrub that leave your feet baby smooth. It's a beautiful and calm scenery as well. It's a bit pricey, but I will definitely come back. read more

This is my second time coming to this nail salon, and I have left disappointed both times. The first pedicure I had was rushed and had imperfections, but I came back in today for a second chance. The entire visit today was the most bizarre experience I've ever had. I had called in advance to ask if I could come at 6pm and I was told "yes, no problem.". When I arrived, both employees looked at me with surprised and didn't offer much in terms of instruction, as they were both busy with other customers. Once I was eventually brought to a chair, the woman did not say a word to me for the total of 10 minutes she spent on my pedicure. Granted, the pedicure had several steps, so the fact that she was completed in literally 10 whole minutes should show that something isn't right. The nails were once again imperfect, worse than the first time, but the nail tech simply said "thank you." And LEFT THE SALON. I kid you not, she left me sitting in the chair, nails wet, while she got in her car and left. I figured the other employee would at some point acknowledge me, maybe help get my shoes on to avoid messing up the poor pedicure, address me to at least come to the desk and pay....nope. I sat for five minutes before I ultimately got up and put my shoes on, not caring if the bad pedicure got more ruined. I stood at the counter for FIFTEEN minutes while the employee bounced between the two other salon guests, and I truly considered just leaving because I hadn't been acknowledged at all. Eventually, one of the salon guests asked "do you still need to pay?" And the employee looked at me shocked like she had no idea I was even there. My regret is not having left without paying, because not one part of the experience was worth a dollar spent. Do not come here, learn from my mistakes. read more

WARNING: Ask for prices rather than looking at their DECEIVING price menu!! Started off well, but did not end well. They accommodated 3 of us with a walk in when clearly they were short staffed (everyone is). We were happy with this. Salon seemed clean and well maintained with a good color selection. First red flag was one of us had acrylic on our toes which had cracked. She asked the lady to fix it and the lady said they couldn't do that but she could shave it down. Strange response. Then it came time to pay and the prices were ridiculous. It cost my friend over $100 for dip nails and a gel pedicure. Prices were not clear. Their menu has a standard pedicure, that lists all the scrubs and lotions and treatments they do, listed for $40. They also have a "pedicure with gel polish $25" but no extra treatments listed. Shame on us we thought these were two separate treatments because what she thought was a $25 pedicure ended up being a $65 pedi!!!! Absolutely infuriating. The lady had no remorse, just kept giggling and saying it was a good experience. She also mentioned that it costs them money to go to beauty school therefore the price was justified. I had a terrible experience there and will not be back. I made an appointment, but when I got there, they were clearly running behind which is totally fine. However, it seems as though in trying to rush to get to the next customer, my nails paid the price. My nails were quickly painted and rushed very quickly through the gel dryer with each coat. Then, I bumped my nail on the dryer causing a little knick in the paint, and the nail tech was very annoyed about having to fix it. My nails were not filed at the end, and I did not receive lotion. To top it all off, there are visible air bubbles on almost every nail (perhaps from not allowing the gel to dry), and they look terrible. When I brought the air bubbles up, the nail tech said she couldn't see them and would not offer any discount even though I said I wasn't comfortable paying full price for the job that was done. People spend their hard earned money on these types of services, and if it is lousy, it should be remedied. read more

Horrible service! My boyfriend & I went for pedis. He was ask to put on a mask but another client didn't have on their mask. I have acrylic on my 2 big toes due to breaking my toe nails and was told they were unable to remove. Never heard of such! While getting a pedicure I ask if the gel on my toes could be removed and I was told no once again. So I basically just put my feet in the jelly and then towel treatment.
