I contacted Gabriel to fix a drainage issue in my back yard on June 26. He rescheduled a couple…read moretimes, missing the original time he said he come give me a quote. That should've been a red flag but I let it slide because I know landscapers are busy. He said he'd start work on Saturday June 29. He called me that morning to tell me he was ordering materials and they would be delivered to my house and he used my phone number for the order so I got the confirmation code he needed in the store. The materials were not to be delivered until July 3 and 9. So he started the project by digging a trench in my yard and then leaving until July 10. Long story short, the quality of work is poor and my yard is not level where the trench was dug. Communication was a nightmare. He would send crew to work but not tell me they were coming. They would jump my gate and unlock it to come in and work without telling me. I was never given a time as to when they'd come, just vague statements like "tomorrow morning". I have several pieces of material purchased that were never used. They ran over new landscaping in my front yard and destroyed plants. He "finished" the work on July 18 after the drainage was not adequate so he had to come back and dig a longer trench. I still don't think the issue is resolved but I'm so done with this company. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I feel you should avoid this company.
