Later that year they came out and made some changes to our HVAC system since it wasn't installed correctly. Have had them out there a few times and they are prompt, professional and always let you know what they are going to do. Currently have them scheduled next week to finish a repair on our AC unit. Communication was prompt and on point, he listened to my concerns and even fabricated a custom return air plenum to ensure I had sufficient airflow back into the unit per my request due to the amount of available space.
