So, if you are an electrician for this company make sure you invoice for about $500/hr! And their HVAC guys, I think its awesome your boss pays you $500/hr. But clients beware, there is a lot of gouging going on. Usually its $150/hr for the technical. And call the suppliers, you'll see the cost of the HVAC equipment is much less than you are being quoted! And other than duct work, its an easy day or two for an install. So do the math, and don't let our community be the place where we pay $ 500/hr for electricians.

They helped me hire a property line professional where I learned that that neighborhood who was not wanting me to build the fence as I originally planned, not only was the fence on my side of the property but that it sat several feet back from my property line and that I was in essence losing several feet of property to this neighbor. This helped me to be able to resolve the issue while maintaining my relationship with my new neighbor thus far.
