There was a 10% off 2 pedicures promotion advertised on their Facebook and when I inquired about it at check out the staff member condescendingly said he knew nothing about it. I then pulled up the advertisement on the salon Facebook page and his only response was "well I don't have Facebook". At this point it was the principle of the matter rather than the discount. Another staff member behind the desk finally convinced him to call the owner and confirm that the promotion was something they were running. He then applied the discount while continuing to grumble and act as if we were a bother. We paid partial cash and he then made a snide remark about making sure I knew to tip off the whole service rather than just the amount I was putting on my card. I never in my 15+ years of getting my nails done have ever been spoken to in that way. I get we all have bad days but his attitude alone ruined our experience.

Colors Nail Club stood out immediately with their excellent reviews, and now I see why! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and hilarious staff member (I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly accommodating to what I needed). The energy in the salon is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun--everyone seems to be in on the laughter, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I was paired with Jessica, who was extremely patient while I decided on a design. We didn't finalize the look until my nails were already applied, and she still nailed it--pun intended. The shop gets busy quickly, and it's clear they have a loyal base of regulars who keep coming back. While I didn't get a pedicure this time, I heard glowing feedback from other clients while I was there. Apparently, their pedicure service is amazing--not only do they pay great attention to the heel, but also the sides of the foot, leaving your feet feeling completely renewed. Perfect pricing It wasnt the price that got me but the questioning before my pedicure started . Basically management said that all employees have to express the prices prior to the service . I understand it allows knowledge to the customer but because of the conversation it left me questioning a comfort level. Both services were an amazing minus the machine not working (detox) so for the 100 dollar pedicure. But it was the fact that I observed the other clients and listened in to hear if these same questions happened ... and I was the only client that experienced the discussion of pricing. I paid with no argument and loved everything about the salon but it seems weird that it was just me . They gave me wine and a pillow to extend comfort. But it was still the feeling of why just me . I love my nails and want to go back but I feel uneasy.
