Do not come here. Walked into my appointment, the staff saw me walk in and no one greeted me. The staff in the back clearly saw me and kept doing whatever they were doing in the back. I sat and waited patiently, the nail tech looked at me straight in the eyes and kept doing her work and did not greet me then either. Paws & Claws! Kim took care of my husband and Tina took care of me. We needed the pampering after traveling since Sept 17th. Paws and claws were in bad shape. Tina was very gentle and made sure my nails were perfect. I'm a little picky so seeing that she was a bit of a perfectionist made me happy! My husband was very happy with his mani pedi as well. A friend treated me to a pedicure back in March 2024. I have had my nails done many times. I was not happy with the technician. She was lazy, broke my nail off using the clippers incorrectly, then was surprised I insisted she at least smooth it down. Soon after my appointment my toenails started hurting and continued to be very sensitive. I used a nail file to remove the gel polish. Now I realize I have a fungus and my nails are lifting. PLEASE AVOID! I came here to get my lashes done and it was by far the worst experience. I came in early for my appointment. I'm not expecting them to start early but I definitely didn't want to wait around. The lady got started late. Then she used blue paint tape (the tape you use to paint your walls!) under my eye. While she did my lashes, she also waxed two people at the same time. At the end she just yanked off the tape (it obviously hurt). When I opened my eyes, I could see the lashes! I could see the entire row of lashes she put from my eyes without using a mirror. I immediately told her and she said that was normal. I've had eyelashes done before and that was definitely not the case. She proceeded to "fix" them. I couldn't close my eyes without pain/discomfort for two days. It was awful! I tried to close my eyes and the lashes were so far low on my eyelid that it burned to close my eyes. My eyes kept on getting watery. It hurt when I tried to fall asleep. They were so uncomfortable. I went in for a facial with a licensed esthetician two weeks later and it took her 20 minutes to remove the lashes. She used a professional solution but was horrified with the glue this salon used. Once the esthetician removed the lashes, half of my natural eyelashes were gone!! The esthetician took her time and was extremely gentle so it was definitely caused by the materials this salon used. There are plenty of salons doing extensions, you should never have to come here. Save yourself from a horrible experience. read more

In all honesty, I don't really know what to think of my recent lash visit here. I had made an appointment via phone and was looking for a fill, but I was informed that if I didn't have enough lashes, she recommended a new set which would be $60, which I was fine with. Come time for my appointment, my lash tech said I didn't have enough lashes for a fill, so she removed my previous lashes and started on a new set. This is where it went downhill for me. During the whole process the lash tech left several times to answer phone calls, and even answering a personal call right where she was sitting.. which was annoying. Then every time she moved a certain direction, her hair kept brushing my face AND for some reason, the lashes kept getting glued to my eyelid so she had to pick it off. Anyway, once the lashes were done I really did like them ! They were full and had volume but when it came time to pay, it was $150.. I mean, $60 - $150 is a huge difference. I thought we had discussed what I wanted over the phone but I guess that didn't matter. Overall, I am happy with how the lashes look, but had service been better, and had the lash tech communicated truthfully, I would be a returning customer. My suggestion would be to triple check with the services that you are requesting so they don't surprise you with the price at the end. read more

Worst service I ever had in my life and when my cluster lashes fell off a day later I had attitude from the owner Trish about giving me a refund for my service with Daisy who did not even give me a consent form to sign. Spent an hour in there arguing with all clientele except for Veronica who was the second person to finally successfully remove my lashes without hurting me and give me my full refund. Bless her. This is a beautiful little oasis this the middle of a hot desert. I broke a nail on day 1 of my party and they took me in within minutes. The salon is spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Really inexpensive, took me about an hour to get a beautiful full set of lashes. I got clusters instead of individuals. It was my 1st time there and I was able to ask questions and give a general idea of what I wanted and I love them. The lady that did mine was very kind and everything looked sanitary around me and I felt comfortable. I went in to get my clusters removed and an eyebrow wax. To start off they took my the lashes of with TWEEZERS, if you know anything about lashing you know that's how you cause damage once I noticed this I let them know and had them continue with a spoolie. The removal was very painful and they didn't seem to care. Now as for the eyebrow wax, I came in with grown in thick brows and asked for a very light clean up. I have gotten lashes a few times at other locations, and I know what to expect. I figured I'd try this place out because of the mostly positive reviews, and because I was going out of town on vacation in a couple of days. I specifically told the female that I wanted a full set of individual lashes. I wanted them to look natural but fuller. The person was quick, but I figured that she is an expert at this. They looked fine when I paid and left. However, in the past two days clusters of lashes have fallen out. I paid almost double of what I previously paid, and I'm a little ticked that I have an open patch where the clusters have come out, and I can't even go back because I have a flight in the morning. Had she done individual like she was supposed to, I don't think I'd be dealing with open areas by the second day. Anywho, I had my nails done too since I was pressed for time and didn't want to drive to my normal spot. That was a mistake. They looked like I painted them myself. They bothered me so much that I did have them redone at my normal spot. I only wish I had time to go to the place that I had do my lashes last time. Crossing my fingers that they last the next week. 6 days later...... Such a waste. Left lashes over 2/3 have fallen off. Right side maybe 1/5 have fallen. Looks so sparse and lopsided, and I'm out of the country so I can't get them filled. I had to wipe eye cream on the rest to help them looses, and cut down the little sparse spider legs that were hanging on for dear life, just to not look silly. Hasn't jaded me on getting lashes again, but will never be back here. read more

After listening to my friend after telling her about my eyebrow fiasco at Tony's Nails she recommended D&T. After letting my eyebrows grow for a month, I went to D&T and met Stacey. She was very empathic with how horrid my eyebrows looked and did an amazing job shaping them back to their normal state. Jasmine has also done my eyebrows and did exactly what I asked her to which was clean up my eyebrows as they continue to grow and recover from the butchering that they underwent. I have had a pedicure here too. Not impressed with the nail polish selection or quality but I am impressed with their eyebrow service. read more

I went to this salon for the first time. I was accommodated right away but was handled by an older male manicurist. I really didn't want a male one because of a not a nice experience in the past but this time I said yes to this man so I won't sound rude. To my surprise that male who's handling me turn out to be rude & mean. Raising his voice towards me was a big turn-off. Unfortunately, I'm the type of person who won't back down to this kind of treatment. I raise my voice, too & looked him in the eyes. Then he started to talk to me & he tried to be a bit friendlier. We'll, how about the other people who just let themselves being treated like second class. Disappointed..... terrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. I had eyelash extensions put on by Daisy Rocha. Three days later, the clusters were falling out and hanging in my eyes. I returned to the salon and showed the girls at the front desk. Since there was no one available to redo my lashes, I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. After much explaining on my part and being lectured by the unprofessional staff, I was told they would not refund my money. The next day, Daisy called me and argued with me, treated me without respect, wouldn't let me talk and when I attempted to explain that the lashes fell out after three days. Long story short - I went somewhere else and had the remaining lashes removed and new lashes applied. I now see that Daisy Rocha had another negative review on 5/8/2018 from Tanya L. from Palm Springs. Tanya's experience was the same as mine, except she received a refund. I wish I had seen Tanya's review before letting Daisy do my eyelash extensions. I would have followed Tanya's advice to "run for the hills if you're thinking about a service" at Trish's Lashes. P. S. Asked for squares nails & the guy who did them did them super fast. I was impressed by how fast he finished but then I realized why... I had to ask him to file one of my nails & fix it two times.. It was so uneven it had a big bump! I also did my toes & the girl who did them did a great job! She was new & she did great!! However, I didn't get gel & when I was getting in my car I messed one up.. I went back & the lady who fixed my nail was so rude. I told her I was sorry & she ignored me.. Then when she was done I said thank you & she ignored me again! The service was alright! I wouldn't recommend... The girl that did my eyelashes wasn't very informative about eyelashes and didn't explain the procedures, after care, etc. She showed me some photos of what i wanted my eyelashes to look like and i chose the 2 layers. She was quick, but when she's trying to open my eyes up, some glue stuck to my eyelids and it hurt when she pulled them up. I didn't like the outcome when i saw it because it was very clumpy and overly dramatic to what i imagined and the lashes are hard. The way the eyelashes are curled are uneven too so it doesn't look nice. It's not worth for the price i paid (it was $45) I guess if you like dramatic fake looking lashes, then go to this place but i don't recommend this place. read more
