I had a disappointing experience at Lady's Donuts (Glendora). The donuts taste undercooked, and the prices are ridiculously high. I ordered the Sugar Donut ($2.50). EXPENSIVE!! When I bit into it, it tasted like mushy dough and leftover sugar packets. UGH. (Important: Bring Cash. They charge $1 fee for Card Transactions!) I arrived at Lady's Donuts (Glendora) on a weekend (around 9:47AM). Parking is easy. The lot is very big. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Staff attentively helped me. Staff is very polite. Unfortunately, the Sugar Donut ($2.50) tasted very lackluster for its ridiculously high price. It tasted like white sandwich bread sprinkled with some sugar packets. There's no flavor nor texture. It tastes cheap. On ambiance, Lady's Donuts (Glendora) is fairly clean. There's plenty of tables inside and outside. I also appreciated how upbeat music played at this spot. How have I not let a review for this wonderful place yet. First of all, I just want to say how perfect that Lady's Donuts is close to the Donut Man. So many people love the donut man, but sometimes you need to give the lady a chance. Whenever the donut man is close or the line is too long, I go to Lady's down the street and their donuts and coffee are just awesome. The service is fast, friendly, great coffee and donuts, and one thing that stands out is I can always get my mom chocolate buttermilk donuts here, which I haven't seen anywhere else. Parking is good, family atmosphere, safe environment. ( I want to note that they do charge 1.00 for card FEE) that's where the point is deducted . I think a dollar fee is high for a donut shop. Overall - The glaze donut was freshly made . You know I've been going to this small shop for a while and this place is good. It's not no Starbucks but his prices are good. Across the street is a Starbucks but for some reason I like this good old fashion donut shop. I use to love it when the owner would make a stronger coffee and sprinkle donut holes but I haven't seen it for a while but the owner is very friendly and highly recommend this place for someone who just wants a cup of coffee and a nice tasting old fashion donut. Delicious and fresh, every time! Been coming here throughout the years when running errands. Their donuts are the best! Their customer service is excellent. You will always be greeted with a friendly smile behind the counter. They have a variety of donuts and seems to always be stocked of each kind too! The pictures don't do it justice. Our household favorites are the sugar, chocolate glazed, and mini glazed. The mini donuts were 12 for $2.00 + the half of dozen donuts was less than $15.00 (I'm sorry I don't remember the exact price, I threw away the receipt , and I paid cash so I don't have anything to look back on). You guys should stop by and give it a try if you're ever around the area. You and your family will enjoy them with a cup of coffee or glass of milk on the side. I know we do! I really like this place!! It's located in a great location with plenty of parking. The donuts here are also pretty amazing. My fiancé loved the Jelly donut. I got the donut holes which sometimes can be stale and dry. But the donut holes here were amazing and soft and perfect. Perfectly cooked. Prices are reasonable and the guy who helped us was super friendly and nice. They also do this raffle where you can win a dozen donuts. I think they draw weekly. Overall highly recommend!! I decided to check this donut store to get a comparison of my favorites such as Donut Man and Class One Donut. I came here with my two boys who were very excited to try the donuts. However, the owner of the store made the visit unpleasant. I am not sure what it is but it felt like the owner is being very frugal with his resources . Basically, napkins are hidden behind the counter and he won't give you more than you need. I bought a large milk and I asked if I can have 1 paper cup. He looked at me angrily and sad give me $1 for the cup. Then he pointed at a donut box and said a pack of those are $35. He then complained to me that everything is expensive now.
