We got three different ones for sampling. - for a taco place, thought it was funny it was an up charge for corn tortillas - this should be the default if your promoting as a curated place. - the corn tortillas were brittle. I've had ladybird tacos several times. I will say, the best experience I've had is when I've eaten them when catered at a party. I came here on a Friday morning around 9am with my family- husband and 3 young kids. Parking was easy, there is a lot on the side and back of the building that had plenty of space. It was somewhat busy but we had an easy time ordering and our food came quickly. The staff was friendly and they had coloring sheets & crayons for my kids. There is some seating outside but it was too hot for us. We sat inside. I will say this is probably THE loudest restaurant I've been to & I think that every time I visit. Always a hit! We had two regular #3s, one #3 with avocado, a #5, one of the special Spring 2026 GoodBird Taco, and iced vanilla latte, and an iced AGT for $40. We ordered a cappuccino and black coffee. We enjoyed both! We tried 4 different breakfast tacos and they were all good except for the number 6. We enjoyed the 1,3, and 4. There is salsa and a sauce you can get on the said we recommend the salsa. I would say this is a place to definitely try if you are in the Nashville area. We stumble into Lady Bird after a long thrift-morning, so we were ravenous - it hit the spot! Parking is a bit of a pain (located on the side of the busy road or behind the building); it's worth it though! There is a decent patio out front, as well as amble seating inside. It's a large space with lots of open windows, it's a very cute spot. I ordered the Cowboy Salad and it was deliciously fresh. Ladybird is consistent. It's somewhere I go when I am craving a good breakfast taco and while I usually order takeout, I know what I am getting here. I normally get a veggie taco but I have tried a variety of the options here and you really cannot go wrong. It's a good tex Mex vibe and it's a good quick breakfast or lunch option. I'm a firm believer that one should not have to pay extra to receive a detectable amount of bacon on an already overpriced taco. The bacon is the best part about lady bird but they are not generous with the bacon. I will continue writing reviews until this is resolved. I've ordered in catering from here a few times now for work meetings. I cannot tell you how much my team raves about their food and wants it again and again! Haven't eaten in the restaurant itself so I can't speak to that, but the food is good. Taco bar with chicken and brisket is the current favorite, and the chipotle salsa disappears before I even put it out. There are 3 salsa options (roja, tomatillo, and patron), and while they are all good additions, I preferred the patron most! The staff were friendly and the manager was going around cleaning tables and checking on customers. We went on Saturday a little after 10:00 a.m. and it was pretty busy, so the noise level was above average but not terrible. We stopped here for a quick bite of lunch and OMG the tacos and the guacamole/chips were out of this world! I had the #8 (smoked brisket, avocado, and pico de gallo on a fresh, handmade corn tortilla) and hubby had two #12's (adobo chicken, pickled onion on flour tortillas) and we shared an order of fresh guacamole, and homemade chips. The food was literally some of the best Mexican food we've ever eaten. The smoky flavors of the brisket tacos all come together in the best way and the meat is so tender and your eyes kind of roll back in your head every time you take a bite. We both agreed that the tacos were the best we've ever had in our lives and we are in our 60s so we've eaten some tacos over the years, lol. The portion sizes were perfect for us, the prices are very reasonable and the staff was just lovely. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice airy feeling to it and there is a patio out front where you could bring your dog if you wanted to. They do provide a water bowl for your pups outside. This is one of those places that we will be sitting at home in Georgia in a few weeks wishing we could just run down the street and grab some of these delicious tacos for lunch or dinner.
