    Steak Burrito Bowl
    Ashley H.

After seeing all the hype on social media, I was really excited to try Edley's, especially the Quesa Birria Tacos with their smoked meat. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to the expectations. My tacos were a little burnt, and the dipping sauce didn't add much flavor or complement the birria the way I had hoped. I also ordered the steak burrito bowl, and it was pretty bland from start to finish. For $36 after taxes, I expected a much better meal. Overall, I left disappointed and honestly feel like I could have put together a more satisfying meal from Publix for less.

They do validate parking inside for 2 hours, so DO NOT pay in the parking lot. I ordered the big breakfast, which was the perfect size to share. Overall very enjoyable and flavorful. There was more than enough food on the platter. You should leave here full and satisfied. I DO NOT recommend the pineapple mimosa. The pineapple flavor tasted and looked very artificial and I'm unsure if it was even prepared properly considering the glass it came in. It lacked the bubbles part of a mimosa. This would be a great spot for a bachelorette party, friend group, date etc.... This place gives rustic and southern hospitality. They do have live music, which always an added bonus in music city.

I had 1/2 dozen raw oysters to start. My server helped me select which one we thought I would like best and they were amazing with the migionette. So fresh & cold & delicious. My son got the crispy brussels sprouts for his starter and devoured them. They were delicious with the best balance of flavors & textures. Also a nice generous portion. Wedge salad was so tasty. Entrees were scallops with the most delicious succotash, and rabbit ragu which was absolutely delicious. I can't say enough good things about our food and experience. Can't wait to come back! Oh and can't forget dessert.... The peaches & cream bread pudding 10/10!

They were packed when we arrived for our reservation and we were sat right away! The waitress was so kind and went over the menu and how they do there meats after knowing this was our first time at there. They have a butcher on site, their seafood is brought in daily and house made pasta. She said they even have a pastry chef. But we didn't make it to dessert this time. We ordered the cornbread appetizer that comes with hot honey and whipped butter. It's served in a little dish like a cake. It was tender with whole corn on the inside. We didn't realize they also bring complementary gluten-free cheese, puffs turnovers, and mini biscuits . Those were out of this world!! The cheese puffs pull apart and have white cheddar inside! The biscuits were perfect!! Our main course was the club carbonara pasta( house made pasta with chicken and bacon) and the steak frites (with chimichurri sauce). I got the Sauvignon Blanc it was fruity and fresh! The place was upscale and seemed to be a lot of larger parties. We will definitely be back.

I'm single I'm trying to stay thin so I can bamboozle someone into loving me. This is pizza I would 100% splurge the calories and macros on, it's well worth it. They explained the pizza to me but honestly I don't remember it all. They import stuff and use sourdough crust and idk what else. All I remember is how frickin good it was. Like a symphony of cheese, tomato, dough, and pepperoni. As I ate it I could feel happiness levels rising in my body. I got this to go so I can't comment on service, ambiance is cool though. Big, airy space. They have other food but honestly why mess with perfection. Just get the pizza.

Our waitress was incredibly attentive and offered suggestions on some wines and pizzas. We got a white pie (full throttled which added a few extras on top) and my parents enjoyed the porchetta. The white pie had a perfectly done crust, and was full of flavor. We also enjoyed the spicy ranch alongside it. Before we left they dropped off a birthday surprise (aka cheesecake) and wow I will be ordering this next time we go, fantastic cheesecake! Highly recommend this place for any gear-heads or pizza lovers alike. I wish the lot wasn't gravel next to the restaurant, but that is a small complaint in the grand scheme of things.
