When I told the Owner that we did not realize that the gift certificate expired in 3 months, he said he was sorry. I told him that I had been coming to his business for at least 7 years and I didn't understand why a gift certificate would only be good for 3 months and it would be nice for him to honor the certificate since he received the money. He said sorry but he wasn't going to. I waited 2 days and then called him again and he told me that he didn't want to lose a customer but he wasn't going to honor it. I think it's sad that he received $70 and we didn't get anything in return.
