The noises from my crawl space resumed several days after Aaron removed the one-way trap. My sales rep, Devin, would not respond to my texts or calls. Since I had already spent close to $1,000 with Critter Control, I tried to get rid of the pest myself. Eventually, I finally found a local wildlife and pest service company that came out the day after I called and installed a camera. The following morning, they sent me a video of the skunk walking around in my crawl space. Obviously, the one-way trap didn't work, so I had to pay someone else (who was much more reasonably priced), to remove the skunk. If Devin had responded to me, they could have at least re-installed the one-way trap. BTW. When their customer service responded to my initial review asking me to contact them, the email address she gave me sent my email back as undeliverable. My advice is to find a local company to help you that actually cares.

The lady that answered the phone wouldnt let me talk to a specialist, she just kept asking me if I wanted someone to come and treat the house! Its very complex whats going on at my brothers house. He has infestations of earwigs, several species of aunts, one of which is a colonization of imported red fire ants. I believe its all stemming from the giant ponderosa pines lining his property that are sick. She said they only exterminate inside the house. They dont do trees, Id have to get a landscaper! I told her that I had a forestry specialist coming to advise about the trees and that I was calling Orkin to address the infestations of the various species of ants, earwigs and several small dead snakes ive found on sidewalks in past couple days. that the insects were a result of the sick trees and I needed to talk to a pest specialist about the infestations. she said they dont do trees, that she could send someone out to treat the house!! Grrrr! I told her I needed to speak to a specialist that could understand what im dealing with and she said she could send one out to treat house! I told her that by just trying to sales pitch me and not letting me talk to someone that knows what they are talking about lost a possible good steady customer! Then I hung up. my brother has had a steady exterminator coming in here for years and the guy did not do anything for all these infestations! Never even mentioned any of these issues or noticed or remedied even the earwigs that are all through his house! We contacted Economy to help us tame them and have found Economy's employees to be professional, courteous and reliable. Stephen was at our home recently to access an insect party. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations for treatment. He made us feel that we were in competent hands. The estimate that he gave us was very reasonable. Do not use this company. I was a customer for 2 years and service was always iffy I would need to…read morecall to have reservices done and then I just said forget it because it's a hassle! I have been trying to cancel my service with them for the last month! After calling 3 times and being transferred and disconnected twice I finally was told my services were shut off as we are not under contract alas today I get a notification that they are coming to complete service! Today I call again get transferred again to which I was told they cannot help me as my husband is now the primary account person and I have to answer questions to verify. Mind you I get all the emails and text messages. I did get mean as I have been dealing with this for a month and was told it was resolved and now they won't talk to me super convenient.
