A few Wednesday ago, I was in Blaine for a pickle pickup. It went well…read more Afterwards, I had two quick errands to complete before heading back to my hotel room for a work meeting: - Grab lunch - Get some drinks and snacks I visited this Walgreens first, followed by Arby's for lunch. Perfect! There was lots of parking in this plaza. I backed into a spot and headed over to this store. I was immediately greeted by Easter items. I was pleased that cute Squishmallows were a part of this welcome squad. I briefly looked at the nail care section. It was great. There was nail polish remover in a number of forms, polish, gel stickers, fake nails, and more. There were more Squishmallows in the seasonal Easter aisle. It was also Valentine's Day, so I saw candy for both occasions. I did not buy any Valentine's Day merchandise. I decided to wait a day, to take advantage of clearance sales that likely would happen. I needed pop. I got a couple of two-litre bottles. I was thrilled to see Diet A&W root beer. It's not as common as Diet Dr Pepper. I took a bottle each of these flavours. I also got popcorn. I headed to the checkout. There was one person ahead of me. I didn't have to wait long. I got a woman who was competent. She ended up putting a bottle in a plastic bag. It was different. I would have double-bagged both bottles. To each, her own. I paid with a credit card. At Walgreens, the payment kiosk prompts whether you want to pay in USD or CAD with a Canadian credit card. I always go with USD and have my credit card do the exchange. I got a coupon for $7 off my next purchase of at least $15. I thanked the woman and headed to my car. This store had everything that I needed. I wish that I had more time to browse. The next time I'm back in Blaine, I hope that I can take my time shopping here. (87)

I think…read morethere's another Walgreens that's closer, but it's not on the roads I usually take, so I prefer this one. There's been a few times I've rushed in 10 minutes before close (sorry!) desperately needing something. The employees have been understanding and friendly, despite what I'm sure is an annoyance. Usually there aren't any cars in the drive-thru, but if there are, be forewarned that it moves slow. Still, I hold no animosity because the workers are friendly. It's my neighborhood Walgreens and it works just fine.

Sheesh The shelves looked pretty empty, everything was unorganized and the vibes were entirely off as they gave war zone vibes! This is not Bloomington Mn , it identified more as Vietnams war zone! The parking lot was all chopped up coming into this location. I was praying that it didn't ruin the rental vehicle, yes that's how bad it was! I stopped in for a Birthday card and a quick pregift but I became so irritated in here, that I left with hand lotion and sanitizer wipes since this store gave me dry lips and made me want to sanitize everything walking out! Get it together district or whomever is in charge of this location! This is unacceptable for the Walgreens brand and I'm here to give honest opinions and reviews so... there you have it!!! I recently found out this is the busiest Walgreens in the state of Minnesota. It shows. I live…read moreextremely close to this location so this is where I get all my prescriptions. I otherwise try to avoid the place because it is a ZOO. It seems like every time I go, day, night, weekday, weekend, holiday, whatever, the line at the pharmacy is at least 10 people deep and despite the workers hustling, it moves slow. The drive thru is not much better usually with cars backed up. There are several Walgreens locations nearby. If you're in your car and have the option- I'd pick a different one over this one.

If I could give zero for customer service I would…read more They do a lot of volume here but do not understand that time could pass more pleasantly for everyone without being rude. I have no idea who trains them, but they are HOSTILE. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the pharmacists themselves are the most affordable compounding pharmacists around. Bloomington Pharmacy is much nicer to people and they do compounding but they are pricier. If you can afford it, go there instead. This pharmacy frequently does NOT notify me that my prescription is NOT ready or why. They always blame me for their lack of communication so I try to build this into my refill process. They never have the right sized plunger / syringe combo for my liquid medicine. Two other plusses are they are 24/7 and they have a drive through. The customer service though, especially over the phone is absolutely horrendous so do not deal with them if you are vulnerable or sensitive - take reinforcements. I am not sure why their default setting is so unprofessional, but if you ever get a nice person, it's a pleasant surprise. #latestagecapitalism

I backed into a free one and entered. There were some Christmas merchandise deals. I didn't get any because I was more interested in post-Christmas sales. I did find pop. Three two-litre bottles were going for $7. I managed to grab three in my hands. There was a lineup. Luckily, I could place my bottles of pop on various counters to give my arms a rest. There was one man in front of me who had maybe less than $200 cash placed on the counter. The male staffer said in Spanish that he needed this customer's ID. He was also holding each bill up to the light. The customer couldn't produce any ID, so he collected his money and left. One word: interesting. I rarely have cash on me. It was cool seeing so much cash. It was my turn to get another male staffer at the checkout. He didn't say much, but he was great double-bagging my bottles of pop. I entered my phone number to collect reward points. I paid with a credit card. Done! I thanked the man and left with my items. When I got to my hotel room, all three bottles of pop when in the fridge. I was happy. I had a great experience. It was nice to visit a different Walgreens for variety. (6)

I backed into a spot and walked into the store. Each Walgreens tends to be set up slightly differently. I had Crest Densify toothpaste greet me. A few steps more, I got a huge Squishmallows plushie screaming at me to take him home. Sadly, I had to pass because he was huge. I was here to get some hair accessories. My hair elastic holder died on me and I needed a replacement. I found the perfect set. Since I do have shorter hair these days, I found some stylish bobby pins that looked like barrettes. I picked those up, too. The sugar-free candies section is incredible. It was my first time seeing sugar-free Red Vines. Who knew? I visited this store on New Year's Eve Eve. There were hats and other celebratory accessories. I have a weakness for Campbell's Chunky Soup. It was a luxury to me as a kid. A soup that eats like a meal? Yes, please! Chunky soup was on sale. I got a can each of the sirloin burger with country vegetables, and creamy chicken and dumplings. I went to pay for my items. I had a nice, polite man help me out. I entered my phone number on the payment screen to get some items discounted. I paid with my credit card and all was great. I thanked the man and headed to my car. Back to Chunky soup, it's perfect when you are travelling because you can lift the lid open without finding a can opener. It's up to you whether you want to heat it up in a small pot or microwave, depending on what you have in your hotel room. My favourite is the sirloin burger with country veggies. It's so hearty and delicious. Towards the end of my stay, I cracked open the creamy chicken and dumplings. It was my first time having it. It may be my second favourite soup now. It was indeed chunky and hearty. The dumplings were pillowy, and are a cross between slippery dumplings and spaetzle. So good! I had a great experience here. My hair accessories are great, too. (18)

I looked outside on the ground and moved my car up to look under to make such I wasn't missing them because they claim they were on top of my bag when they sent it out. Not only did I look on the ground but a pharmacy tech also came out to help me look. Not found. I called the police because something wasn't right about all this and not being able to find it. I went into the pharmacy to see if they had talked yet to the cop because he was going to call them. I was told by Megan that she looked at the video and saw that the card was sent out! Hard to believe that after 2 people looked thoroughly on the ground outside for it that we couldn't find it anywhere! The cop called me after he talked to Megan (he though he was talking to pharmacist). I thought since she told me she viewed the video and it was sent out to me, I called her to ask if I could view that video and if she would let me I'd get the cop to come in so we could view it together! Low and behold it shows up. She claims someone from the drive thru found it on the ground and brought it in. Seriously where was it when two people were out there looking for it and it was no where? After all this I came home and thought since my prescription was a narcotic I'm going to count them to see that I got the correct amount and I was shorted one pill. I called and Megan answered. I told her that I was shorted. She rudely said that I was not. Not only did I count it 4 times but had my husband count it also just to make sure. I'm writing this review to let people know to be careful when dealing with this location! Next time due to being shorted I will ask for them to count them in front of me before I leave the store. The general manager is going to be looking into this and watching video to find out what she can. Even the cop after telling him I got my cards back had a hard time believing that something fishy seems to be going on!!

When I arrived, there was one person in front of me at the pharmacy register. I waited patiently. As soon as that customer was finished, the pharmacy technician told me they were closing for lunch. I explained that I had just received a notification from Walgreens to pick up my prescription, and there was no mention in either message that the pharmacy would be closed between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. Her response? "It's Saturday," said with a dismissive tone, as if I was supposed to know their lunch schedule. Then, right in front of me, she shut the pharmacy gate in my face while two other staff stood aside doing nothing. Not a single person made an effort to help--despite Walgreens being the one to ask me to come pick up my prescription. This was my first time at this location--and will definitely be my last. If this is how Walgreens treats its customers, I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. It would've taken less than a minute to hand me my medication before closing. Instead, they chose to be rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

It's been 20 minutes. Still on hold. They are supposed to be open till 10 pm but someone sure doesn't want to work. Update: I've been on hold with pharmacist for 55 minutes now, every time it rings thru someone picks it up & puts it back on hold after 2-3 rings. Also on hold with manager for past 25 minutes hearing "staff is answering other calls". I doubt it. Seriously thought about calling cops to have them check the store. I still can't get to the closest Walgreens before it closes. I try going before the game. Sometimes, it's nice to go shopping afterwards. It was December 27. I wanted to find a 24-hour Walgreens on my way back to the hotel. I did a search and found this one. Perfect! After the Wild won their game against the Red Wings, I left Xcel Energy Center and drove over to this Walgreens. It was a quiet drive. This drugstore has a parking lot. I backed into a spot and walked in. Since it was post-Christmas, there were sales happening. I saw everything from Christmas plushies, to a lot of holiday candy and chocolates reduced in price. It was nice. I saw the cutest roll of Grogu Christmas wrapping paper. He looked so adorable in a Santa hat. It was also reduced in price. I was here to get nail polish remover. I had thought that I had packed some nail polish remover pads with me. I couldn't find them. Instead, I found a small box of ten nail polish remover pads. They were exactly what I needed. I decided to get a bottle of nail polish. I went with Essie. There was a sale happening. There wasn't a huge lineup while I was here. I got a nice man who was cheerful. I paid for my items with a credit card. I also entered my phone number to get rewards. Done! I thanked him and left with my items. I grabbed some takeout before I returned to my hotel room. The nail polish remover pads worked well. I used them a couple of times. I like that they travel well as opposed to getting a bottle. The Essie polish was also great. The brush bristles stayed intact. I got the quick-drying version and it lived up to its name. I was impressed. I didn't get a top coat. If I did, my nail polish would have looked more pristine. I am rough with my nails. When I travel, the aftermath of my polished nails look unsightly... haha! This Walgreens is a gem. I love the hours. It had everything that I needed. It's a good one to drop by after a Wild game. (13)
