I made my appointment online and it was super simple. The staff was incredibly friendly upon my arrival. Even offered me water or tea while I waited in the lobby. But let's talk about Alyssa Scott, the magician that magically transformed my hair from a dried out rat's nest into a slick beautifully layered landscape. She knew exactly what look I was going for after showing her my reference photos. She completely understood my hair and it's texture. She was able to wash, cut, blow dry, and hold a great conversation all within an hour. I have incredibly thick hair and I have a lot of it, so most of the time my haircut appointments last for a couple of hours. This was also the first cut that I didn't have to immediately rush home to fix or alter. She executed the exact style that I had envisioned for myself.
