If you're looking for a couple hours of fun mashed with physical ability and mental thinking this is the complete package! I found this place because I was visiting my sister in Provo and wanted to do something fun and everyone loved it. She wants to bring all her friends here now! It was a bit confusing finding the place, but eventually got inside and realized that it shares space with the trampoline building. All the staff are high school and college kids and they seem like they're there just to have fun. No one acknowledged us until we were right in their faces and they seemed unorganized. A 2 hour time slot is $25, whereas an all day pass is $35. However, there's no staff members walking around monitoring the 2 hour time slots. I'm guessing they rely on the honor system or don't really care how long you stay. Y'all, the labyrinth is so much fun! There's about 15 themed rooms ranging from different percentages of physical and mental ability you will need to use. The staff member will walk you through one room first and how it all works and then you're on your own. Each room has a small description plaque on the outside of the room describing a small piece of what you're getting yourself into. Once you enter, there is nothing but you're mind and strength to help you. Every game has about 3 or 4 other mini games and rooms to complete so really theres like 50 games in this place. These reality games are particularly fun because they are geared more towards adults. Small children wouldn't be able to complete some of the physical rooms because they aren't tall enough and some of the mental rooms would be too hard to figure out. Man, I wish they had something like this in Colorado.

Get ready to get your game on! This is one of the most thought-out, well designed games I've ever seen. Truly remarkable and we can't wait to go back. You're faced with a hallway of doors. Behind the "marked" doors is the beginning of a game. You are told how physical and mental the game is, along with the minimum number of players (either two or three) and then you go in. Each game is different, has multiple levels, and if you fail, you have to start over. They are challenging , but not impossible. Complete each level for the opportunity to play the final level and beat the entire game. We did not make it that far.... but we will be back. A few points of guidance: 1) this is not a place for young kids. They say 8 and over. I'd say closer to 10+ 2) wear comfortable clothes; you're gonna get a work out. 3) leave loose items in the car. It's a pain to lug around a purse. 4) look for the attendant in the hall for clues or to fix the occasional game mishap. 5) plan on at least two hours. You can do a social media post to extend your time by 30 minutes per person. Do it! 6) save your cards from winning games. You don't have to do them all in one day-so come back! 7) the ideal group size is three. You need at least two players for all games, but more than three gets difficult.

Get the ring to the top without touching the pole!

Came here with some friends this weekend and had an absolute blast! The basic premise is that there are several themed rooms that have different levels you can make your way through. Some rooms are physical challenges, some are mental challenges, and some are a mixture of the two. For example, one of the rooms is called "Volcano." It's basically an epic game of "the floor is lava" and you have to make your way through balancing on poles and swinging from ropes. Fun, right??? The rooms are super creative! We found ourselves laughing almost the entire way through! This is a super fun place to come with your friends, family, or a group date. Only complaint is that some of the rooms are starting to look a little run down and sad. There were also a few rooms that we lost because of a technicality. It was super frustrating to have to start all the way over. Overall though, I definitely recommend this place! You'll have a blast.

Enter at your own risk. This place is addictive!! The games here are so fun and creative, we've come back multiple times with friends and so far everyone has loved it! You'll definitely want to ask if any of the rooms are broken before you go in. The first time we went, a lot of the rooms we went into were broken and we wasted a lot of time trying to figure them out. I would recommend bringing a group of 3-4 people. Some rooms require 3 people and a lot of the rooms are so small that 4 people felt crowded.

Where did they even find balls this big??

I went on a group date to Labyrinth last night and our whole group had a blast!! If you've never been there before it is like a bunch of small escape rooms, you have to solve a puzzle and/or do a physical challenge to make it into the next room. Most of the rooms have three separate rooms to complete each challenge and if you successfully complete that challenge there is a box that pops out a paper. You collect all the papers and then you get to enter the Labyrinth room. Our group of six was there for 2 1/2 hours and only got one ticket! Ha ha We really struggled in the physical challenges and some of them are REALLY hard, especially if you don't have long legs or if you are overweight. Even though we only finished one room successfully we still had a blast and all agreed that we would go back again!

“The value is there if you buy the all day pass and spend a few hours exploring the different rooms, otherwise the hourly rate is a little high.”

BEST ROOM EVER!!!! Our family is obsessed with Escape rooms and we have been to I swear over 50 and…read morethis one wins! The theming alone would make it the winner, it is Disneyland magic level! Like intense detail, animatronics, sounds, different lighting, just incredible! And the puzzle are fantastic! Nothing was too hard or too easy. Definitely a great room for families because it did have plenty that even younger kids can help with. So much variety in the puzzles and some things were sequential but there was also plenty of puzzles that could happen at the same time so you never felt stuck waiting on any one puzzle. Legit I, Mom, was darting from room to room seeing all the puzzles my young teens and hubby were working on because I didn't want to miss out on any of it!!! We are a family of five, 16,15, 13 year old kids and hubby and I are 42 and 40. The puzzles had just a hint of clue to what they went to so you weren't wasting time trying to make huge leaps to what puzzle went to what lock or next puzzle. But not too obvious that you felt you didn't have to work for it at all. Seriously the perfect balance of difficulty for every puzzle. Our family loves a good challenge but in some escape room companies the leaps of logic are way too obscure and get frustrating. Or with some companies rooms the cool tricky electronic things don't work and it messes up if you can escape and the sequence of things and it's super frustrating. This company clearly loves their rooms and what they do because everything worked seamlessly and the game master was controlling important electronic aspects in real time! I am blown away with how absolutely incredible this whole experience was!!! 100% recommendation it especially for: -families of all ages -teen groups -adult date groups -groups of 4 to even 10 -even date night of 2 with more experienced game room peeps Absolutely a FANTASTIC creative, mind blowing experience nestled here in beautiful UTAH! Thank you Escape Hour Vineyard for one of the most thrilling hours of game play our family has had in a long time!!!!!

Our main/only gripe was there was no timer or place to take notes while in the room. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys escape rooms.

The only great thing about the place was the lobby and the customer service from the game master. The lobby is well maintained and it made me excited for the room. However, the room had multiple issues. The largest issue was that the AC did not work at all. This ruined the experience because we had to have the main entry door open the entire time so that way some fresh air would come in. Even with this solution, one of us were completely disengaged due to the heat, and everyone else was highly uncomfortable. Not having AC in the summer when it is 106 degrees outside is just no acceptable. Beyond the AC issues, the escape room itself was middle of the road at best. There was no flow and the puzzles were incoherent. One of the locks was left unlocked so we did not solve one of the puzzles. The room was overall cheaply made. For example, they use wall paper on a standard door to make it look like a submarine door, whereas other escape room company's would design a door that looks and feels like a submarine door. There were also 2 other cheap locks on one cabinet that one person easily guessed the combination to. Overall, I would not bring my team back to this escape room company.
